This centenary house has been recently renovated in the typical rustic style of Ibiza.

It is a Mediterranean house for 6 people located near Santa Eulalia, a short walk from the town with its beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping areas. Santa Eulària des Riu is located in the east of Ibiza.

The property is completely fenced and has an area of 250m2, with many trees and native plants such as bougainvillea and oleander. In the house there are two terraces, with swimming pool to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the views. The two-storey house surprises with great panoramic views and a unique location in Santa Eulalia.

You enter the house on the first floor and find yourself in a bright and comfortable living-dining room (40m2) with satellite TV and fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with gas stove and appliances. There are also two bedrooms (1 x 20m2 + 1 x 10m2) and a bathroom on the same floor.

On the upper floor there is master bedroom (22m2) with bathroom en suite. The bedroom has air conditioning for cooling in summer and heating in winter.

The traditional house has all the characteristics of typical Ibicencan architecture. The wooden ceilings and thick walls maintain a pleasant temperature in both summer and winter. All bedrooms include a fan and a marble stone heater. And for cozier evenings, there is an enclosed fireplace in the living room.

The accommodation has many places of interest nearby, such as the beach and the center of Santa Eulalia, which are only a 5 to 8-minute walk away, or Ibiza town, which is only a 10-minute drive away.

Enjoy a beautiful stay with family and friends and it is also very suitable for golf players!
