Villa Puntiro

This fabulous house with panoramic views over the golf course and de private pool is situated in the ubanisation of Puntiró, in Palma, and offers a second home for 12 persons.
The private chlorine pool measures 11m x 4 m and steeps up from 2,2m to 1,2m. It is surrounded by a terrace with 14 sun loungers. There is a barbecue available (except in the summer season). There are no direct neighbors, so you will enjoy total privacy. The plot is fenced

The huge finca is divided into two buildings, offering an ideal holiday for two families or groups of friends, which value their privacy.

The main house counts with a luminous living- and dining room with satellite television, a kitchen (which works with a hob) and a total of 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. You will find a washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The secondary building counts with a comfortable living room with satellite television, 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms counts with a bath tub and a shower and the other one has a shower.

All bedrooms count with air conditioning and all (except for the bedroom with bunkbed) have a wardrobe. On request, we can prepare a baby bed, a high chair and two fans.

The surroundings breathe peace and tranquility. Golf players will find the Puntiró Golf Course at only 5 minutes by car and the Son Gual Golf Course a few kilometres further. The island's capital Palma surprises with history, culture and gastronomy. The famous market "Olivar" offers fresh local products from Monday to Saturday. The nearest beaches are Can Pastilla and Playa de Palma, but we recommend visiting the beautiful coves of the Serra Tramuntana, like Cala Estellencs, as well as the beautiful beach of Es Trenc, in the South.

Note: We can not accept youth groups under 28 years for this property (this does not apply to families with children). We need copies of all passports to confirm a booking.
