Alles hat prima geklappt. Bei Bedarf waren die Eigentümer sofort ansprechbar und sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Die Finca ist herrlich! Man hat viel Platz und Ruhe. Es könnten allerdings vielleicht mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen. Ansonsten muss man halt öfters waschen. Auch ok. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
Everything worked out fine. If necessary, the owners were immediately available and tried very hard to solve the problem. The finca is wonderful! There is plenty of space and peace and quiet. However, there could perhaps be more towels available. Otherwise you just have to wash it more often. Also ok. We are happy to recommend the house!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist total ruhig gelegen. Sie ist vor allem perfekt, wenn man von dem täglichen Trubel entfliehen möchte! Die Lage und der Außenbereich mit dem Pool sind etwas ganz besonderes und jeden Cent wert. Innen ist es wie die Bilder zeigen. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Es riecht leicht muffig, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten durch einen langen Regentag Stromausfall. Die Besitzerin war mit einem Freund nach 15 Minuten da und hat sofort den Schaden behoben. Sie sind super freundlich! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen! :)
We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a completely quiet location. It is especially perfect if you want to escape from the daily hustle and bustle! The location and the outdoor area with the pool are something very special and worth every penny. Inside it is as the pictures show. There is everything you need. It smells slightly musty, but that wasn't a big deal. We had a power outage due to a long rainy day. The owner was there with a friend after 15 minutes and immediately repaired the damage. They are super friendly! We would come back in a heartbeat! :)

It was a beautiful place for family, the pool is great for all and the whole place is very relaxing and tranquil. The only downside is the transportation if you do not drive and speak a little spanish it will be very difficult to travel specially a family of 5. As it is expensive to rent 2 taxi at a time. Going in and out is expensive because you need to book for a taxi and the location is hard to find. But the owners are very nice and friendly. We love the place we just didn’t expect the expenses for that we spend on taxi’s.

Eine tolle Finca. Wir waren mit 3 Pärchen dort. Im schlafbereich gab es eine Vorraum mit Klimaanlage. Diese war auch nötig, da bei 36Grad nicht an Schlaf zu denken war. Es gab viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war bei uns der Mittelpunkt. Das Grundstück ist von außen nicht einsehbar, so dass ein ungestörtes Sonnen.- und Poolbaden möglich war. Die Küche ist groß und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Hier würde ich eher sagen einfach, aber ausreichend. Für uns war es super. Aber ohne Auto sind die Wege lang und nicht schön. Aber generell eine gute Lage auf der Insel. Man kommt in 50 Minuten an jeden Ort der Insel.
A great finca. We were there with 3 couples. In the sleeping area there was an anteroom with air conditioning. This was also necessary because sleep was unthinkable at 36 degrees. There were lots of seating options. The pool was the focal point for us. The property is not visible from the outside, so undisturbed sunbathing and pool bathing was possible. The kitchen is large and equipped with the essentials. Here I would say simple, but sufficient. It was great for us. But without a car the journeys are long and not pretty. But generally a good location on the island. You can get anywhere on the island in 50 minutes.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Finka ist schön hergerichtet und hält alles bereit, was man für einen angenehmen Familienurlaub benötigt. Der Pool war sauber, ebenso die Räumlichkeiten. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden es wieder mieten!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Mietwagen leiht. Man muss jedoch noch 5 Autominuten nach Inca fahren. Der Pool und die Liegen waren unser Highlight. Wichtig bei dem Inserat zu wissen ist, dass man die Alarmanlage neben der Tür nicht betätigen sollte. Zudem muss man daran denken, dass man die Haustür nicht ohne Schlüssel schließt, denn sie hat keine Klinke und geht nicht ohne Schlüssel wieder auf.
The accommodation is very nice and clean. The location is good if you rent a car. However, you still have to drive 5 minutes to Inca. The pool and the loungers were our highlight. What is important to know about the advertisement is that you should not activate the alarm system next to the door. You also have to remember that you don't close the front door without a key, because it doesn't have a handle and won't open again without a key.

Sehr zuverlässige Kommunikation mit homerti!Finca ist ursprünglich, nicht aufgepeppt, aber alles funktioniert, praktisch und liebevoll gestaltet - z. B. Pool mit regelmäßigem plätscherndem Zufluss. Hitze war wegen der Hausanlage gut auszuhalten.Hühner am Ende des Grundstücks, die wir mit Salatabfall füttern konnten. Vermieter/ Verwalter hat uns mit Eiern beglückt .
Very reliable communication with homerti! Finca is original, not jazzed up, but everything works, is practical and lovingly designed - e.g. B. Pool with regular babbling inflow. The heat was easy to bear because of the house system. Chickens at the end of the property that we were able to feed with lettuce scraps. The landlord/manager blessed us with eggs.

Our stay at the Finca was perfect. We have nothing to complain about at all. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The owners left us some breakfast things because we arrived late, and they came and brought Easter presents for our girls, which was both super nice Thank you very much.

a very beautiful garden with a lovely pool! The kitchen and bedroom aren't connected but adjoining, that is a bit special. But all of the rooms! are easily accessible with wheels, for example a pram. the immediate neighborhood isn't so great for taking walks, but the house is a peaceful haven for longer trips on the island.

Underbart hus för familj, bodde där med man barn och morföräldrar. Fräscht och charmigt. Fin pool. Om ni åker på vår och höst, ta med varma kläder, så kallt i husen. Underbart med apelsiner och citroner på tomten, nypressad juice varje dag.
Wonderful house for family, lived there with husband, children and grandparents. Fresh and charming. Nice pool. If you go in spring and autumn, bring warm clothes, so cold in the houses. Wonderful with oranges and lemons on the grounds, freshly squeezed juice every day.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Finca, ist genau so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort einen Urlaub aufjedenfall nochmal machen.

Bei der Anreise wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein und einem Gebäckkringel begrüßt. Das große, mit Obstbäumen bepflanzte Grundstück liegt recht ruhig etwas außerhalb von Inca, abseits vom Verkehrslärm. Dafür hört man gelegentlich Nachbars Hunde und Vögel, aber nicht störend. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Ausstattung und Platzangebot sind in Ordnung und entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das vorhandene Kochgeschirr ist für die angegebene Maximalbelegung etwas knapp bemessen. Der Grundriss ist etwas gewöhnungsbedüftig, da Küche/Esszimmer über einen separaten Eingang verfügen. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht und sind mit unserer Buchung zufrieden.
When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a pastry ring. The large property planted with fruit trees is located quite quietly just outside Inca, away from the noise of traffic. You can occasionally hear the neighbor's dogs and birds, but it's not annoying. The pool is beautifully landscaped and very clean. Equipment and space are fine and correspond to the description. The available cookware is a bit tight for the stated maximum occupancy. The floor plan takes some getting used to, as the kitchen/dining room has a separate entrance. We had a lovely time and are happy with our booking.

es hat alles super im Vorfeld funktioniert. Vor Ort war alles sauber und ordentlich. Da kann man sich über nichts beschweren. Kann die Finca nur weiterempfehlen! Einzuig die Adresse war etwas schwer zu finden. Aber wir kommen dennoch sehr gerne wieder!!!!
Everything worked great in advance. Everything on site was clean and tidy. You can't complain about anything there. Can only recommend the finca! The address was a bit difficult to find. But we would still love to come back!!!!

Everything,the pool though quite small was clean and wonderful in the heat.We were greeted with wine water and chocolates.The walkin shower was brill.Facilities exactly as on website.We travelled with an 8mth old the cot and highchair were both of good quality.
