Welcome to this magnificent house for 10 people in the outskirts of Son Servera.
The exteriors are amazing with its large gardens and beautiful views. There is chlorine pool 10.5 x 5 m with jacuzzi and a depth ranging from 1.70 to 2m, and a loungers area with ten sunbeds. For the lovers of the summer open air meal, there are two, completely furnished terraces, one porch and barbecue. On the 1st floor there is another, unfurnished, terrace with spectacular views.

This rustic house with 310 m2 is distributed over 2 floors. It has 5 bedrooms. Two of them are on the ground floor, both with en suite with shower and central heating (one with double bed and one with two single beds). The other three, all with central heating, are on the 1st floor (one of them with two single beds and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and one with double bed). Two cots and a two high chairs are available on request. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, there is one toilet located on the ground floor. Also, one of the bathrooms on the 1st floor has a double doors, so it also serves the whole house.
The living-dining room is very cozy and fully equipped, with two sofas, three armchairs, fireplace, Tv-Sat, coffee table and dining table with chairs. The separated kitchen with gas stove, has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.

The location of the house is very good with in a privileged surroundings in the east of Mallorca. The beach of Cala Millor is just 10 km. The area of Cala Millor is a very nice residential area east of Mallorca and has a variety of sandy beaches and coves very close. There is also a safari and playgrounds for children and for adults there are plenty of bars and terraces to go for a drink. In Cala Ratjada you can find a great night clubs.
Only 7.5 km away is Son Servera, where you can visit the old town, and there are also many restaurants, shops and other entertainment. The medieval towns of Arta and Capdepera are also nearby. In Porto Cristo you will find the caves of Drach. If you love sports such as tennis, paddle or golf,visit one of the golf courses nearby, (such as Son Servera Golf, Pula Golf Course Canyamel Golf, Capdepera or Rotana Golf) all within 15km. This area also has tennis and paddle clubs. And if you like walking or cycling, the visit to the church of Arta, Cala Ratjada lighthouse, etc. can be very interesting.
