Amazing house for 6 people in a quiet and coastal urbanisation of Xàbia. Its beautiful garden with private pool offers spectacular views to the mountain.
Surrounded by luxuriant fences and vines, the green grass and a breathtaking panoramic to the mountains, this majestic house counts with a fantastic chlorine pool sizing 10 x 5 metres and a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2 metres, that is perfect to cool down when it is hot outside. There also is a shower outside and several porches and terraces where you can disconnect from the rest of the world. You can enjoy a coffee, taste a delicious barbecue, have some family chatting, sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers or simply, admire the landscape.

The house has 3 floors and access from almost everywhere, something quite helpful to go in and out from one place to the other. When you enter the main floor, you find a great living-dining room with a large sofa and a TV set. The kitchen, with a gas top, oven, microwave and more, offers a table with chairs to enjoy meals right there. The laundry room comes with an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine.

This same main floor features a toilet, a bathroom with a bath and two bedrooms with two twin beds each as well as a closet and a fan. Going upstairs, you will find a shower bathroom and another bedroom with a double bed, closet, and AC. The 3rd fan is available in case you need it and the house is equipped with central heating for the coldest season. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair on request.

You will find the garage with space for 2 cars on the basement.

This is a quiet urbanisation, with just a few neighbours and all services available at hand. It is a good starting point to head several nearby points quickly like the incomparable coves of crystalline waters. The nearest beach is the one of El Arenal, about 4.2 km away, although we also recommend visiting Portitxol, Cap Negre or Cala Blanca. In the evening, you will feel like enjoying a walk through the town centre of Xabia,and its characteristic medieval style.
