Amazing villa with private pool and sea views in Jávea, ideal for 10 people.

This villa is set in the exclusive urbanization of Balcón del Mar, in Jávea. Start your day with a swim in the private chlorine pool while overlooking the Mediterranean and the lighthouse Cap de la Nao. The 7m x 4m sized pool has a depth ranging between 1.2m and 1.8m and features a Jacuzzi (only cold water) which is integrated in the pool. It is surrounded by a terrace with an exterior shower, breakfast table, three sun loungers and some parasols. The rear part of the house has a Mediterranean garden with shady places. Here you can have great barbecues or spend a quiet evening reading your favorite book. The plot is fenced and there are next-door neighbours.

This villa offers accommodation on two floors and 170m2. The air-conditioned living dining room has pool views and invites you to sit down by the fireplace or watch TV (only Spanish channels). The open kitchen is equipped with some basic equipment for cooking, two gas hotplates, microwave, gas oven and a dishwasher. The laundry features a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a tumble dryer. There's a second, small kitchen with some kitchenware.

You can choose between five bedrooms with closet; four of them on the ground floor. Three come with a double bed with different sizes (from 135cm x 190cm to 150cm x 190cm) and one has two 80cm x 190cm sized single beds, perfect for two children. Furthermore, two bedrooms have a shower bath en-suite. There are two more shower baths on the ground floor. The fifth bedroom is on the first floor and is fitted with two twin beds (90cm x 190cm), A/C, wardrobe and a shower bath en-suite. If you come with your baby, we can supply up to two cots and one high chair.

Set in the village of Balcón de Mar, this villa is 2 km from Cala Ambolo, a beautiful sand beach sheltered by the mountains. There are more beaches around like Granadella Beach, Cala Barraca or Cala de Portixol. The old town of Jávea, about 9 km from the house, is very charming and you can wander through its small streets. Besides, Jávea has lots of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets - in a word everything you may need for your stay.
