Modern 2 storey villa located in the vicinity of the town of Vilafranca de Bonany. It offers wonderful views of the countryside and the town, and 10 people can comfortably stay in it.

In the outdoor area, this property has 1 shower and 1 8x4m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth ranging from 0.6m to 1.75m. Around the pool, there is a 54m2 paved area, which is fenced in and where you can relax in one of the 8 loungers you have at your disposal; and 1 mobile barbecue thanks to which you will be able to enjoy cooking outdoors. There is also a 34m2 furnished porch, which is ideal to enjoy summer snack, and 1 balcony, that you can access from one of the rooms on the 1st floor. The home’s privacy is partial.

The spacious property’s living room is perfect to relax listening to music, watching satellite TV or a DVD movie (keep in mind that you can only watch satellite TV in the old television; in the new television you can only watch Spanish TV programs). The furnished dining room is opened to the kitchen and the living room is the perfect place to eat with your loved ones. The modern kitchen with island has everything you need to cook up a feast, including gas stove. This house has a separate laundry room in which you will find 1 washer, 1 dryer, 1iron, and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the house: 2 of them are located on the ground floor, and the other 2 on the first floor. From the bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 has 1 double bed, and the other 1 single bed and 1 double bed. From the rooms on the 1st floor, 1 has 1 double bed, and the other 1 single bed and 1 trundle. As a whole, there are wardrobes in all rooms, 1 crib for younger children, air conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms and 10 radiators for the cooler months. The property has 3 bathrooms; all of them with a shower and one of them also has a shower and is in suite.

The house is located in the Majorcan Plain, in a rural environment. This is the best way to get to know the inside of Mallorca: enjoying its cultivated fields and fruit. Vilafranca is a small town with shops owned by the farmers who cultivate the products, and there are some highly recommended restaurants. 10 km away from Vilafranca de Bonany, you will find Manacor, one of the most important towns of Mallorca, which has a lot of commercial activity. The house is located 300 meters from Vilafranca’s downtown area, but it borders the village. If you want to know some of Majorcan beaches, 25km away you have the Porto Cristo one, and, about 30km away, the great white fine sand tourist beach of Cala Millor.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Your pet is welcome, as long as it doesn’t weight more than 5kg.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
