Welcome to this magnificent house with spectacular views, located in the countryside, in Colònia de Sant Jordi. It accommodates 7 people plus 2 extra.

The outside areas are splendid thanks to the unbeatable views and the tranquility. You can cool off in the private chlorinated pool of 6.5 x 4.3 m with a uniform depth of 1.50 m. Prepare a barbecue on the terrace, or simply spend the evenings under the large porch of 15 m2, fully furnished with a table and chairs. There are 300 m2 of lawn around the pool, perfect for children to play.

This 140 m2 house, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one double and one twin) and two on the first floor (one twin and one single). All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. A cot is available on request. There are two bathrooms, one with bath on the ground floor and one with shower on the first floor. There is a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people.
In the house you will find two living rooms: one with satellite TV and sofas, and a smaller one with a table and chairs. There is oil heating.
There is a separate fully-equipped kitchen, which uses gas and has access to the porch and the pool. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The beach of Es Trenc, one of the best on the island, with crystal clear waters, is just 5.5 km from the house. The beaches of Sa Ràpita and Colònia de Sant Jordi are also nearby, the latter only 1.4 km. In Colònia de Sant Jordi, you can find a wide variety of activities to do, such as sailing or going on an excursion to Cabrera National Park. There are several restaurants and all the services you may need during your stay at this property.
In the city of Palma the tourist and cultural offer is wide and includes all types of shopping.
