Country house for 8 people with a salt private swimming pool in a wooden area of Porreres.
This is a typical Majorcan arquitecture house and it is wonderful, as it is located in a wooden area. It is ideal for groups. At the outside we find a private salt swimming pool that sizes 8 x 3,5 m and has a maximum depth of 1,6 m. You will find an outside shower close to the swimming pool together with a terrace with 8 sunbeds and two parasols where you can sunbathe. Real luxury!. There are two terraces in the house and one porch, all of them being furnished, in order to spend wonderful evenings. Privacy is total, although there are direct neighbours. The plot is very ample in itself within a big farming area and big gardens. A total relax area to sunbathe, swim or have lunch.

This house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a good living and dining room with a sofa, 4 armchairs, Tv - Sat, central heating, DVDs, CDs, books,... all you can need to enjoy your holidays while resting. The dining table is for 8 people. The kitchen has a vitro and it is open to the dining area; it counts with dishwasher, electric oven and all tools needed to cook delicious dishes. The laundry is in a different room and it counts with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, iron and iron board. On the ground floor you will find also a toilet and one bedroom with a closet and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, all of them with single beds. One has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a bathroom with a hot tub for the rest of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have central heating and one closet (except one). We can prepare a cot and a highchair on request and without additional cost. On top of that, there is an entertaiment room with a pool table and a football table.

The property is located in a farming area between Porreres and Felanitx and it is ideal for long walks around the house. Felanitx is a lovely town with all services and leisure. Porreres counts with an important gastronomic offer to taste all Majorcan dishes. And you are just 20 kms away from the most beautiful coves of Majorca.
