The exterior of the house is characterized by their abundant nature since the house is in a beautiful and quiet forest. Its coquettish 2.5m x 2.5m salt pool with a depth of 0.8m is next to a pond with aquatic plants. Just next to the pool you can find three comfortable hammocks where you can sunbathe, and a sofa where you can relax between nature and tranquility. You can enjoy a good barbecue or an outdoor meals in the garden in the shade of a centenary tree or take a magnificent glass of Majorcan wine while watching the countryside and nature.

The house of about 200 m2 is distributed on a single floor, the mixture of its ancient personality and its modern decoration make this house a true home. The house uses renewable energy to safeguard and care for our environment. Its peculiar living room shares space with the dining room, where we can find a comfortable and modern sofa and an armchair where to make a good nap or see your favorite series on your satellite TV plus a table and chairs where you can eat or dine with your family and friends. The independent kitchen with gas hob has all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are decorated with pale colors and light tones. The first one has a double bed, fan, closet and direct access to the garden; the second room is composed of two single beds, wardrobe, fan and views to the pool with direct access to the terrace and the third of them has a double bed, wardrobe and fan as well as excellent country views. We will provide you with cot and a highchair when traveling with small children, to make the stay more comfortable. The two bathrooms are decorated with a mix of modern and antique style, that makes them unique, one of them has a bathtub while the other has a shower.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small town in the Levant of Mallorca that has 8500 inhabitants, most of them local people. It borders with towns like Manacor, Petra or Artá. Every Thursday takes place a traditional market in the center of the town where you can find all kinds of native products, both food and textiles. Just 15 minutes by car you can reach the beach of Canyamel, a virgin beach ideal to enjoy with family or friends for its crystal clear waters and fine white sand that makes the bath very appealing.
