In this beautiful townhouse in Artà, with room for 6 guests, you won't miss modernity, comfort or even a private pool and several wonderful terraces.
The main terrace in this beautiful townhouse is perfectly furnished in order to have breakfast or cook delicious BBQs. The best thing is that it features a private chlorine pool -sizing 3 x 2 metres and 1.5 metres deep- to take a nice dip without having to go out. In addition, you can enjoy the sun beams on the 6 sun loungers available, either right here or on the top sun deck with views to the town.
The modern house comprises 2 floors. In the main floor you'll find an airy living - dining room where you can have lunch and rest whilst watching the satellite TV. It leads to the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob, and to the laundry that features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Both rooms have AC and access to the back terrace. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with twin beds, AC and a closet. One of the bedrooms still is on the main floor and the other two are on the first floor -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and exit to a small terrace-. A baby cot and a high chair are available. There are two more bathrooms in the house, both with a shower and one on each floor.
