Rustic styled, charming cottage with private pool set in the municipality of Ariany, a few kilometers from the beach of Son Serra de Marina. It can comfortably accommodate 8-13 guests.

Set in a quiet zone, in the midst of nature, this possession is dated back to the 15th Century and has been renovated in 2010, conserving its charming flair. The spacious exteriors are very rustic and rural, offering lot of space to spend your free time outdoors. The highlight is the private, 8m x 5m sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 1.7m. Before and after swimming, you can use the exterior shower. The stone lined porch is a wonderful place for having a barbecue. Share a bottle of wine under the old tree with friends and family. The fenced plot which belongs to the house measures more than 228000m2. There are no direct neighbors so you'll enjoy from privacy.

The two-storey house is a charming home for our guests. The sitting dining room with oven surprises with natural stone walls, conserving a constant temperature also during the summer. The typical Majorcan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, kitchenware, dishwasher and Italian coffee maker. A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is available.

Two bedrooms with double bed, fan, wardrobe and en-suite bath with bathtub are on the ground floor. The first room has access to a terrace. Two more double bedrooms with fan and closet are on the first floor - only one has a shower bath en-suite. Besides, there's a triple bedroom and a twin bedroom. A cot and a high chair are available on request.

The cottage sets in the center-north of Mallorca, 10 km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. If the beach is what you're searching for you could visit Colonia de Sant Pere, Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. Both villages Can Picafort and Santa Margalida provide you with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and everything else you may need. Make a nice stroll on the sea promenade in Colonia de Sant Pere and finish your day with a dinner by the sea. A car is necessary.
