Villa Sa caleta (portocolom)

Wonderful semi-detached house in front of the sea in Portocolom, a few meters from Cala Marçal. It has a private outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and amazing views. It can accommodate 8 guests.
The exterior is perfect to enjoy the sea and the Mediterranean weather. The terrace overlooks the sea and you can sunbathe while listening to the purring of the waves. On the porch you can also enjoy a delicious meal. The saltwater pool measures 6 x 4.5 meters and its depth ranges from 1.2 to 1.8 meters. If the weather is not good, you can relax in the indoor heated swimming pool (max 27ºC) that measures 2 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.8 meters or in the sauna of the house. This area is completed with a small gym area and a toilet. The house has an indoors barbecue area where you can host meals in a more informal way. The property has direct access to the sea, is fenced and has direct neighbours.

The house is distributed over 3 floors. On the main floor we have the living room with access to the porch and TV-sat; the kitchen with induction top; and a toilet. On the first floor we find 3 bedrooms (all with twin beds and one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub) and a bathroom with a shower. The -1 floor is divided into 2 levels: first we have the kitchen-dining room with barbecue and gas cooktop, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower; and going down a few steps we find the indoor pool and sauna. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. We can also prepare a cot and a highchair for you if you travel with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with AC and oil central heating.

This beautiful house is located in a traditional and quiet tourist area. It has all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. Cala Marçal is just 250 meters away where you can enjoy the silky sand and turquoise waters so characteristic of our island. To enjoy a day of golf you can go to the nearby Vall d'Or course, 7.3 km from the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
