This majestic country house, with private pool, is situated in Inca and can accommodate 5 guests.
The exteriors of this country house are astonishing. In addition to a majestic construction, the true wonder is the private salt pool, 7 x 3 m and 1 to 1.7 m depth, where to cool off after sunbathing. Then, the terrace invites you to make delicious barbecues and spend the afternoon chatting and admiring the views.
The house is distributed into two floors. From the terrace, you access to a beautiful glazed living-dining room, perfect to admire also here the amazing views while eating or relaxing. Immediately after, you gain access to the traditional style kitchen, equipped with gas hob, open to the living room where you can watch satellite TV or listen to music. This stay also has air conditioning and chimney. The laundry provides you with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathtub bathroom on this floor and another one with shower on the upper floor, where, as well as this bath, there are three bedrooms featured with wardrobe. Two of them has double bed, the third only a single bed. One of the two double bed dormitories also boasts air conditioning. There are 11 radiators in the house, apart from two cots and two high chairs at your disposal. The accommodation works with solar energy.
The villa is located at 4.5 km from Inca, a small city offering everything necessary as, for example, bars, restaurants, shops of all sorts, etc. Every Thursday in the morning there takes place its traditional street market. As being very centric in the island, you have easy and rapid access to any direction. The closest beach, Puerto de Alcúdia, is 21.7 km or about 25 - 30 minutes driving.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und gepflegt. Man lebt abgeschieden und kann die Ruhe geniessen. Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight nach einem heißen Strandtag. Toll sind auch die Klimaanlagen und die voll ausgestattete Küche.
The accommodation was super clean and well maintained. You live in isolation and can enjoy the peace and quiet. The pool was an absolute highlight after a hot day at the beach. The air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen are also great.

We wanted to spend quiet and relaxing days, away from mass tourism and that's what we got here! An unreserved recommendation from us!

See more The view is absolutely stunning & the property is taken care of really well. We had a few questions around the oven as it was already quiet cold in the evenings. The owner came right away from Palma to solve the issue for us.

See more We loved our stay! A beautiful villa with a great pool and plenty of areas to relax, eat and enjoy the superb views. The location is perfect for exploring, nowhere on the island is more than an hour’s drive. Whilst it’s in a quiet area there’s plenty of shops five minutes away. The only recommendations would be to upgrade the bed mattresses, we found them very thin, but that’s the only improvement required.

It is well maintained, very clean and spacius. We loved the saltwater pool. Actually we loved it all. :) Thank you. (Only 5 minutes to Inca. Easy to find. The wifi is not the best.)

See more Die Finca ist sehr sauber gewesen und es war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen etc. Gebraucht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten bei verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in ca 20 Minuten erreicht man Palma. Sehr zum empfehlen! Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett und fragt ob alles in Ordnung war.
The finca was very clean and everything you needed for cooking etc. was there. We'd love to come back. The location is great, you can reach various shops in just a few minutes and you can reach Palma in about 20 minutes. Highly recommended! The host is also very nice and asks if everything was okay.

Sa Caleta is a beautiful house, with great views over the countryside towards Inca and the mountains. There is lots of space, both inside and outside, which was great as we had one rainy day. The air conditioning inside the main downstairs portion of the house is very good, and provides welcome relief on very hot days. I enjoyed some great road biking, both north into the mountains (including Sa Calobra) and south into the interior of the island. There is even a climb on your doorstep, up the Puig de Santa Magdalena (also a nice location for a delicious and reasonably priced dinner in the cafe at the former monastery) if you want to get some early practice on climbing/descending hairpin bends!

La villa est recommandée! Une belle surprise :) Nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire, Gabriel à notre arrivée tardive. La maison comprend deux grandes terrasses au même niveau, la première avec un panneau de basket la seconde avec le mobilier de jardin et la cuisine extérieure tout en très bonne état. La partie couverte de la terrasse donnant accès à l'intérieure, a une grande table rectangulaire en bois et un salon avec une vue sur Inca et la Transmontana. À l'intérieure, la cuisine est équipée avec le nécessaire de base pour une arrivée tardive. Il t'a un salon avec TV et cheminée. Concernant les salles de bains, une au rez de chaussée avec baignoire, wc, bidet, l'autre à l'étage avec douche, wc, bidet. A l'étage trois chambres, une grande avec lit double avec climatisation, une autre en lit double et une avec deux lits simples, ces deux dernières ont un ventilateur. La vue est agréable de l'étage! Concernant les extérieurs, il y a un parking pour les voitures sous un arbre, un terrain avec de la pelouse et la piscine au sel. Le propriétaire passe arroser les plantes et entretien de la piscine plusieurs fois dans la semaine mais rien de derangeant car très discret! En note: la cuisine extérieure à tout le nécessaire pour faire de grande paella, avec plancha, bbq, four à pain! La maison est sur la colline de Santa Magdalena à deux pas de l'autoroute, sans en avoir le bruit! La vue est top, le voisinage très calme, une fromagerie est à côté de la maison! Sans aucun souci nous recommandons cette location.
The villa is recommended! A nice surprise :) We were greeted by the owner, Gabriel upon our late arrival. The house includes two large terraces on the same level, the first with a basketball backboard the second with garden furniture and the outdoor kitchen all in very good condition. The covered part of the terrace giving access to the interior, has a large rectangular wooden table and a lounge with a view of Inca and the Transmontana. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with the basic necessities for a late arrival. You have a living room with TV and fireplace. Concerning the bathrooms, one on the ground floor with bathtub, toilet, bidet, the other upstairs with shower, toilet, bidet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a large one with a double bed with air conditioning, another with a double bed and one with two single beds, the latter two have a fan. The view is nice from upstairs! Concerning the exteriors, there is parking for cars under a tree, land with lawn and the salt swimming pool. The owner comes to water the plants and maintain the pool several times a week but nothing disturbing as it is very discreet! Note: the outdoor kitchen has everything you need to make great paella, with plancha, bbq, bread oven! The house is on the hill of Santa Magdalena, a stone's throw from the highway, without the noise! The view is great, the neighborhood is very quiet, a cheese factory is next to the house! Without any worries we recommend this rental.
