Welcome to this charming rustic villa located in the outskirts of Búger. It is prepared for 6 persons.
The fantastic outside area counts with large green areas, a 4,5mx11m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 1,2m-2m), 6 sun beds, two well-furnished porches and a barbecue.
The accomodation is a 2-storey house. The cozy living- and dining room is modern and luminous. It counts with a sofa, satellite TV, a fire place and a dining table. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. You will also find a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms: one on the first floor with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath tub, and 2 on the ground floor, with two individual beds each. The ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath tub. There is a guest toilet on the ground floor. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available.
The house is perfectly situated in the center of the island, with easy access to any other area. The charming, small village of Búger is 1,2km away. In Sa Pobla, at 3km, you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, train station and bus stop. By car, you can easily reach the fantastic beaches of Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença. We recommend a visit to the coves of Cala Sant Vicenç and the village of Pollença. Discover the 365 steps of the Calvari hermitage, from which to enjoy the magnificent views over Cap Formentor and the bays of Alcúdia and Pollença. The area offers a huge variety of routes for hikers and cyclists.

4 guests reviewed this property. Great property, as good as it looked in the pictures. The owners respnded to everything, loved the fact pool was salt moderated so no yellow clothes. Sports centre opposite was noisey one night in 2 weeks, but the rest of the time was very peaceful and relaxed, plus it was a good place to visit to get the kids an ice cream or have a drink. The 2 property set up is great for 2 families sharing, but the main house is more superior in terms of decor and space.
See more Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr liebevoll gepflegt und gerade für kleine Kinder ideal geeignet. Der Besitzer hat die Kinder noch mit altersentsprechenden Fahrzeugen und Spielzeug für den Garten versorgt, welcher durch den mit Zaun abgetrennten Poolbereich perfekt zu nutzen ist. Auch die unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten bieten für jede Tageszeit das richtige Setting. Das geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtete Haus bietet alles was man brauchen kann, ist sehr geräumig, und vielfältig nutzbar und durch Anzahl Schlafzimmern, Badezimmern in seiner Aufteilung etc. auch gut für 2 Paare mit Kindern geeignet. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt und können Sa Caseta de Búger von ganzem Herzen empfehlen.
See more Stunning accommodation set in a peaceful and private location. We were a party of 4 adults and 1 baby. The main house is huge, with plenty of communal living space. The kitchen is a separate room off a huge and airy living room. It is well equipped with pots and pans etc, as well as baby plates and cutlery, which was very helpful to us! The pool is fenced off from the terrace, and there were plenty of toys for children (and grown ups). The location is quite rural - about a 3 min drive from Buger, a small village with not much going on. Sa Pobla was only 15 mins, and Pollenca, Alcudia and Inca were also easily accessible for dinner. Palma is an easy day trip, as was Deia. Brilliant place! Highly recommended.
