Welcome to this great cottage situated on the outskirts of Consell with capacity for 11 people.
This property is surrounded by fields in a beautiful area and ideal to have a great time outside, you can make your own bread in the wood oven or make delicious barbecues. It is offering a furnished porch with an awning, a garden area with fruit trees and access to the tomato and orange garden. In this space, you can relax, sunbathe and swim in the chlorine pool which has a size of 9 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.00 to 2.20 m. You have at your disposal an outdoor shower, two umbrellas, eight sunbeds and a slide for the young ones of the family.

The rustic house has 200 m2 on two floors, it has 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with double bed, air conditioning and a bathtub bathroom.The other bedrooms re located on the first floor, two of them have a double bed, another has a double bed and a single bed and the last, a single bed. There are two more bathrooms in the house, one with shower on the ground floor and one bath on the 1st floor. For the younger guests, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The living room is fully furnished and has air conditioning, a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a table with chairs and a decorative wood stove. The open kitchen is connected with the living room and is furnished and equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking at home. It also has a separate room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is situated in a rural and quiet location in the center of Mallorca, just 1.3km from Consell and very close to Binissalem, two well-known villages for their wineries. In Consell, you will find all the services you need such as banks, gas station, supermarket, pharmacy, medical, bars, restaurants, etc ...
In just 15 minutes by car, you can visit the beach of Palma and in 30 minutes the north of Mallorca, such as Alcudia, Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort and Puerto Pollensa where you can find variety of beaches and lots of restaurants, pubs and clubs to enjoy the nightlife.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
