Information about Sa conca
Precious country house with private pool on the outskirts of Portocristo. It has capacity for 12 persons.
This wonderful finca offers a beautiful corner where yo can enjoy your deserved vacation. It offers a great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres, together with 12 sun loungers to sunbathe or just relax. The shade of the porch is perfect for a succulent barbecue and a delicious dessert while the little ones play some table tennis or at the playground by the pool. The property is fenced and privacy is total since there are no neighbours around.
The building comprises two floors offering the essencial common rooms twice because in the ground floor we find two living-dining rooms equipped with two sofas each one. They are perfect to have a good time while reading a book or watching the satellite TV channels. There also are two kitchens equipped both with a gas stove, dining table and all utensils you need to cook. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The main floor offers three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. To complete the floor you will find a toilet and two bathrooms, one with a tub and independent shower and the other with just a tub. On the upper level you will find the 3rd living area with TV-Sat and 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a closet. All of them have two twin beds and one has a an en-suite bathroom with a tub. A cot a high chair are also available. A bathroom with a tub and an independent shower completes this floor. The house offers gas central heating and all bedrooms have a fan. The electricity comes from the solar panels that are on the property.
Portocristo is a beautiful town with one of the most beautiful coves in the island, located about 2.7 km from the property. Nevertheless, you will also find other dream-like coves nearby like Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. You cannot miss a visit to the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Portocristo offers a great variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Property is a great size, we were a party of 12 and found it great. Everything is functional, could do with new sofas and sun beds which are a bit tired, but still work. The guy who owns the property is lovely and keen to help, plenty of cutlery and crockery and all clean. Pool was fantastic and although property is near a main road this wasn't intrusive. Overall a great place to relax and spend time as a large group.

RENT A CAR FOR THIS PROPERTY! Overall, our group had an great stay here. The property was HUGE, with 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and plenty of rooms and beds for all. The house is split in two. The porch and pool was PERFECT for a relaxing day or meal outside. We had a difficult time with the location. Although it is a very short 6-8 minute drive to the beach & 4 minute drive to the grocery store, it is NOT in a walkable area. Taxis have a hard time finding this location and cannot pickup large groups, so make sure you rent a car (we could not because of our exchange student contract). Everything was clean, but there was not enough toilet paper for 12 people. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no paper towels and no trash bags, so we had to buy it all. The communication was quick, but not always helpful. I asked about transportation information and they couldn’t even recommend me a taxi company. I think our stay would’ve been better if we had a car, but that is not the host fault.

Die Finca ist ein sehr schönes Objekt uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man fand dort seine Ruheoase oder hatten Spaß im Pool. Die Finca bietet sehr viel Platz. Rundum sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Kann man für mehrere Leute nur empfehlen.
The finca is a very beautiful property and we didn't miss anything. You found your oasis of peace there or had fun in the pool. The finca offers a lot of space. All around very nice and well equipped. Can only be recommended for several people.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Die Finca entspricht genau der Beschreibung, sehr großzügig, super ausgestattet und sauber. Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die zwei Küchen mit den zwei Kühlschränken wurden komplett ausgenutzt. In der Nähe befindet sich die Schnellstraße, die man natürlich hört. Wenn man das weiß und nicht die absolute Ruhe erwartet, kann der Urlaub nur perfekt werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Thank you for the great vacation. The finca corresponds exactly to the description, very spacious, well equipped and clean. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough space. The two kitchens with two refrigerators were fully utilized. There is the expressway nearby, which of course you can hear. If you know this and don't expect absolute peace, your vacation can only be perfect. We'd love to come back.
See more Der Standard der Ausstattung für war den günstigen Preis angemessen. Leider störte der Straßenlärm etwas. Für einen Urlaub, der hauptsächlich draußen stattfindet war es absolut in Ordnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
The standard of equipment was appropriate for the low price. Unfortunately the street noise was a bit annoying. For a holiday that mainly takes place outside, it was absolutely fine. Contact with the landlord was very nice and uncomplicated.

Großzügig gestaltete Finca in guter Lage für Ausflüge (sofern ein Mietwagen vorhanden ist). Toller Vermieter (Oscar) den man zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit anrufen kann sollten einmal Probleme auftauchen. Die direkt vor dem Anwesen verlaufende Verbindungsstraße MA-4020 von Manacor nach Porto Cristo ist zwar viel befahren aber nicht wirklich Lärmstörend. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Lediglich die spärliche Kühlung in diesen durch nicht wirklich wirkungsvolle Standlüfter könnte man mit einem Minus bemängeln. 2 voll ausgestattete Küchen und ein Pool welcher vom Besitzer Oscar peinlich auf Qualität geprüft wird lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in der Finca Sa Conca, den wir sehr gerne wiederholen werden.
Generously designed finca in a good location for excursions (if you have a rental car). Great landlord (Oscar) who you can call at any time of the day or night should problems arise. The connecting road MA-4020 from Manacor to Porto Cristo, which runs directly in front of the property, is busy but not really disturbing with noise. The rooms are clean and functionally furnished. The only negative that could be criticized is the lack of cooling in these units thanks to the not really effective stand fans. 2 fully equipped kitchens and a pool, which is meticulously checked for quality by the owner Oscar, leave nothing to be desired. All in all, a very successful stay at Finca Sa Conca, which we would be happy to repeat.

A very suitable house for 12 people with very large grounds. Clean and well equipped!
El alojamiento era maravillosamente bueno, espacioso, con un buen jardín y una buena piscina. Sin embargo, la cocina está un poco mal equipada y los lavavajillas tendrían que ser reemplazados. De lo contrario, un muy buen alojamiento cerca de Porto Cristo, que es una ciudad muy agradable con una bonita playa.
The accommodation was wonderfully good, spacious, with a good garden and a good swimming pool. However, the kitchen is a bit poorly equipped and the dishwashers would need to be replaced. Otherwise, a very good accommodation near Porto Cristo, which is a very nice town with a nice beach.
