This wonderful rural house at Artá outskirts, with a private swimming pool and views to the mountains, welcomes six guests.

You can make the most of the good weather at the fantastic 10m x 4.5m swimming pool, with a depth up to 1.80m and surrounded by grass. It is very peaceful to contemplate the natural water pond and its little waterfall. There is an external shower for a quick refresh. Beside the swimming pool, you will find two furnished areas, ideal to enjoy a nice breakfast or a tasty dinner prepared in the barbecue.

The house works by solar energy and it disposes of everything you might need during your stay. Just coming in, you will find a comfortable living-room with a fireplace, ideal to relax all together watching a film at the satellite TV. The gas kitchen has a very charming style. Three bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe each, two of them with a bathroom en suite with a hot tube or a shower, invite you to dream after a long day. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower. For the little ones of the family, the house disposes of a few table games, and for the babies, a cot and a high chair at your service.We can provide up to four fans for the summer. The property disposes of central heating for the winter. There is a laundry space with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Artá is a gorgeous village very close to Llevant coast, about 10 minutes by car. There are nice cafés, restaurants and bars in the centre and on Wednesday you can visit the market and buy fresh fruits and vegetables, handcraft and clothes. The museum Ses Païsses and the archeological site of the same name shows remainings of a former culture and you can learn more about life on Majorca 3000 years ago. If you fancy a day on the beach, it's up to you! Visit Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta or Cala Agulla. Cala Ratjada, famous for its nightlife, is about 15 minutes by car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
