Welcome to this rustic country house for 8 guests in a beautiful area of Sineu
The outdoor garden areas are well-kept and attractive. You can refresh yourself in a chlorinated 8x4m-sized pool or just sunbathe on the terrace. BBQ lovers can prepare delicious meals on a 50m2-sized furnished porch. On the first floor you will find another terrace which is not furnished.

A 180m2-sized house is distributed over 2 floors and features 4 bedrooms (a double with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, a double and 2 twins on the 1.floor). Beside the ensuite bathrooms, there is another bathroom with shower on the 1.floor.
A cozy living-dining room is a right place to rest after a sunny beach day watching a satellite TV or reading your favourite book. For colder months there is a wooden stove. A dining corner has enough space for 8 guests. A fully-fitted kitchen wiht a cermaic hob is equipped with all necessary kitchenware. You will find also a washing machine and an iron with an ironing board.

Llubi town is located 6,6 km in one of the most beautiful areas on the island. In 20 minutes you reach sandy beaches like Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente y Formentor. Here you will find also different activities like kayak, diving, fishing etc. In Port Alcudia there is a port with its luxurious yachts and local boats. On the board walk there are plenty of restaurants and bars where you can taste fresh sea food.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
