Set in a 40000m2 sized plot, this cottage has been built in the 19th Century and has retained many ancient features from its past. A private, 9m x 5 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 2m is nice for a refreshing bath in the morning. The pool area is accessible through a few stairs and some loungers can be used for basking in the sun overlooking the countryside. Additionally, there's a lawn area where kids can play and run around. Have a barbecue with friends and enjoy your free time on several terraces. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you will be able to enjoy your privacy.

This establishment is divided into four apartments, each with its own entrance. To get from one apartment to another, you have to go outside. This villa is the perfect choice for families or friends who like staying together but sometimes prefer privacy.

Spend a lazy afternoon in the rustic living-dining room with A/C, big fireplace and satellite-TV. This room is available for all guests, and you will be able to access both from outside as from the first apartment which features an independent shower bathroom and a spacious bedroom with double bed, A/C, closet, sofa, shower bathroom en-suite and access to the garden.

A lovely hall welcomes you when entering the second apartment. Furthermore, it has a dining room with TV and access to the garden. In total, this apartment counts with three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with one single bed, all with wardrobe. Mind that there is no air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub.

The third apartment is on the first floor, comprising a wonderful living room ideal for reading, access to a terrace and A/C, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with vitro hob, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is one bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with bathtub and a second featuring two single beds and a bathroom en-suite with hydro-massage shower. Both bedrooms have A/C.

The fourth apartment with bright living room, television and basically-equipped kitchen has one enchanting bedroom with double bed and bathroom en-suite with shower. All rooms of the fourth apartment are on the first storey and is accessible through an exterior shower.

You won't get cold during the winter as the house has central heating. If you bring your baby, we can supply up to two cots and high chairs. This authentic villa with elegant comforts is a truly inspiring place, perfect for big families and groups of friends, searching for privacy.

Surrounded by nature and wheat fields, this amazing cottage is just 10 km from the fine grained sand beach of Sa Rapita. Drive 2 km more and you will reach Es Trenc, a natural, long sand beach protected by dunes. Have a drink in a beach bar and see the sunset. A shop, restaurants and all necessary amenities are in Sa Rapita. If you like sports, the house is a good starting point for cycling routes, for example from Campos to Llucmajor. In Colónia de Sant Jordi you can eat in one of the good restaurants and during the summer excursion boats start regularly to the island of Cabrera.
