We invite you to enjoy this impressive rustic finca for 8 - 10 guests, on the outskirts of Cas Concos, Felanitx. Its beautiful exterior area, which includes a great private pool, will amaze you.
You will enjoy your deserved vacation at this wonderful villa, in our paradisaical island, surrounded by nature, fields and peace, of course. Several porches, terraces and corners in this finca, all perfectly furnished, are ideal to enjoy a succulent and energising breakfast to face a long day at the chlorine pool. This is a true 10 x 5 metres jewel with a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.7 metres, which also accommodates a children pool of 2.5 x 2 metres with a 0.5 metres water depth. Around the pool, you will find up to 10 sun loungers to bask in the sun, a thatched roof terrace with sofas and a shower to wash off before the delicious barbecue, a dream come true!. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The building is absolutely spectacular. This is a majestic two-storey house that emanates the beauty of the Mallorcan style all throughout thanks to the stone walls and the rustic furniture. On the ground floor, we find a beautiful and cosy space with two armchairs and satellite TV which leads to the dining kitchen. Here, you find a ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and more utensils, and a bar which is perfect to cook while chatting with your loved ones who, obviously, will be letting the table for the banquet. Then, you have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, as well as an independent bathroom with a tub for the rest of the floor. On the first floor, you will find a marvellous living room with a playground area, a sofa, satellite TV and exit to a chill-out terrace. There are two more bedrooms on the floor, both with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and one of them also featuring access to the terrace. All bedrooms, both downstairs and upstairs, have a wardrobe and air-conditioning. We will prepare a double folding bed for the two extra guests in an independent room. We can provide a cot and a high chair on request. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board.

Cas Concos is a little village within the municipality of Felanitx, located about 2.4 km away from the property and very near the Sanctuary of San Salvador, an emblematic place to end a long excursion. We recommend you go to Felanitx for your daily shopping and to enjoy the gastronomy of this area. On the other hand, if you feel like a beach day of relax after so many excursions and shopping, the nearest beach is the one of Cala Santanyí, about 14.6 km away. Its crystalline waters will amaze you, as well as the ones of Cala D'Or, Cala Sa Nau or Cala Figuera. The happy ending will be the must visit to Portopetro or Portocolom, two towns full of boats and wonderful places where enjoying your dinner.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
