Welcome to this fantastic cottage on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, where 6 guests will find their second home with a private pool.
After a long day visiting the island or in the beach, the best plan is to come back home, wash the sand and the salt off under the shower outdoors and take a cool and relaxing dip in the water salt pool. Its green colours perfectly match the beautiful garden of trees and crushed stone ans its size (14 x 5 metres and 0.65 to 1.5 metres depth) makes it perfect for good lengths. But, what happens if you prefer to stay at home? Then, don't worry because you won't get bored! You can bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers by the pool, enjoy a good reading beneath the parasol or on the hanging hammock, or a tea by the coffee table, play table football or pool or taste a delicious barbecue under the impressive and furnished porch. The property has total privacy and you will also find a henhouse.

The house comprises two floors. On the main floor, you find the living room with a great sofa where you can watch the satellite TV channels or read one of the books offered by the house with the company of the landscape through the large window. A second living room, combined with the dining area leads to the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas top, oven, coffee maker and toaster, among others, and it has direct access to the garden. The laundry room is independent and it has an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. A shower bathroom completes this floor. Going upstairs, you find a second bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms with two twin beds, AC and a closet each. One of the bedrooms offers an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a lovely balcony. We can prepare two baby cots and two high chairs if you are travelling with your babies. Finally, the house is equipped with central heating for the coldest season.

This property is located about 2 km away from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, so it is perfect for those who love the peace of the countryside and nature. That's why the surroundings are perfect for hiking or biking with the available bicycles throughout the paths. The town centre offers the basic services for an independent stay, and more will be found in Artà. The nearest beach is sa Coma, about 14 km away, but you can also visit many others like Cala Millor or Costa dels Pins. The same distance leads to the nearest golf course, Pula Golf, where you can spend a really good time if you love playing golf.
