Welcome to this magnificent villa for 6 guests with private pool. It's located on the outskirts of Campanet, near the Tramuntana mountain range.
The exterior area of this property is very beautiful. It's surrounded by the landscape of the fields and the mountains. You can cook a delicious BBQ outdoors and enjoy it at the hurdle roofed terrace, cool down in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5 metres and is 2 metres deep- or simply relax at the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is full of greenery around and you'll also find fruit trees like almond or orange trees. It offers total privacy.
The two-storey house offers a charming traditional but modern atmosphere. You can rest or enjoy a reading in the air-conditioned living room which is equipped with satellite TV. Behind a great arch you'll find the dining area with a great table for 8 people and with access to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. There's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms, all with closet and AC, and all of them located on the 1st floor. One has a double bed and the other 2 have twin beds. A cot and a high chair are available. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath on the main floor and another with a shower upstairs.
The house is only 3.7 km away from sa Pobla where you'll find all you need for an independent stay like supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetes des Capellans or Can Picafort are only a 20 minutes drive away.

Utmärkt pool. Vacker trädgård. Bra kök och mysig innemiljö. Bra duschar och sängar. Trevliga värdar. Bra parkering innanför låst grind. Allt fungerade.

positiv: Es war eine wunderschöne Anlage in tollem mallorquinischen Stil. Der Garten und Pool war wirklich toll und das ganze Anwesen ein Traum. Die Lage war mit Auto eigentlich perfekt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5-10 min weg. Die Eigentümer waren sehr lieb auch wenn die Eltern nur spanisch gesprochen haben… bei Problemen wurde uns direkt geholfen. negativ: Das Internet war leider sehr schlecht also eigentlich überhaupt nicht nutzbar und die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft haben ununterbrochen geballt vor allem nachts. In der Küche wurde es ohne Klimaanlage sehr warm aber das war in Ordnung. Zu unserer Jahreszeit im Juni waren viele viele Mücken dort aber das sei wohl eigentlich nicht normal.
Positive: It was a beautiful facility in a great Mallorcan style. The garden and pool were really great and the whole property was a dream. The location was actually perfect by car, shops 5-10 minutes away. The owners were very nice, even if the parents only spoke Spanish... if we had any problems we were helped straight away. Negative: Unfortunately, the internet was very bad and couldn't actually be used at all and the dogs in the neighborhood were constantly playing, especially at night. It got very warm in the kitchen without air conditioning but that was okay. At our time of year in June there were a lot of mosquitoes there but that wasn't really normal.

(+) Schöne Finca in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es wurden eigene Eier vorbeigebracht und vor Zitrusfrüchte und Minze aus dem eigenen Garten bereitgestellt. Die Zimmer im Haus sind einfach gehalten, jedoch sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten.(-) Im April war das Wetter teilweise noch recht instabil, sodass es im Haus teilweise sehr kalt war. Zudem war die Internetverbindung zum arbeiten immer wieder zu schwach.
(+) Beautiful finca in a very quiet area. The hosts are very nice and uncomplicated. Our own eggs were brought along and provided with citrus fruits and mint from our own garden. The rooms in the house are simple, but very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautiful and there are plenty of places to sit and lie down. (-) In April the weather was still quite unstable at times, so it was sometimes very cold in the house. In addition, the internet connection was always too weak to work.

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles e inolvidables. Descanso 100% garantizado, sobre todo para los que vivimos en ciudad. La casa es acogedora, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, todas las estancias están muy bien ventiladas e incluso cuentan con aire acondicionado, nosotros lo usamos muy poco gracias a la ventilación natural. La piscina para disfrutarla con niños y las 24h del día, impecable y una delicia para nadar. El canto de las aves, el balido de las ovejas, un sueño..., y los árboles frutales y la variedad de plantas hacen que uno pueda estar entretenido todo el día. Los dueños de la casa son realmente encantadores y muy amables, de seguro repetiremos. Muchas gracias por todo!
We have spent some incredible and unforgettable days. 100% guaranteed rest, especially for those of us who live in the city. The house is cozy, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, all rooms are very well ventilated and even have air conditioning, we use it very little thanks to the natural ventilation. The pool to enjoy with children and 24 hours a day, impeccable and a delight to swim in. The singing of the birds, the bleating of the sheep, a dream..., and the fruit trees and the variety of plants mean that one can be entertained all day. The owners of the house are really charming and very friendly, we will surely repeat. Many thanks for everything!

See more Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Ausstattung, Garten und Pool haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einwandfrei und die Eigentümer haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir würden wiederkommen!
There were four of us in the finca and had a wonderful time. The facilities, garden and pool made us feel very comfortable there. Communication with the agency was also impeccable and the owners gave us a warm welcome. We would come back!
