Welcome to this fabulous country house located in the privileged enclave of Son Macia, where 4 people will find their second home.
The idyllic exteriors of the property are perfect to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Here you will find a private chlorine pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 and a depth range of between 0.6 and 1.9 m, which also offers stunning views of the Mallorcan countryside. Around it, the large terrace and the garden area are ideal for relaxing while sunbathing or for enjoying a meal or a drink with your companions. The property is fenced in and offers partial privacy.

The bright interior of the single-storey house is designed to give you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with pellet cooker and TV-sat, leads to a large dining area, where you are sure to enjoy unforgettable moments. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep there are two bedrooms, both with two single beds and one also with access to the terrace. Two separate bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, serve the house. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

This beautiful house is located in Son Macia, halfway between Manacor and the beautiful beaches of Levante. The village is 2 km away and you will find everything you need for an independent stay. The nearest beach is Cala Virgili, although the area is full of other beautiful beaches and coves nearby, such as Sa Romaguera or Cala Domingos, where you can continue to enjoy the incredible Mallorcan weather. If you fancy a more urban atmosphere, we encourage you to visit Manacor, full of culture and charm and the hometown of tennis player Rafa Nadal. As a sample of this, the Nadal Museum Experience will offer you a unique experience where you will enjoy an exclusive exhibition of his best trophies and equipment as well as amazing light and sound shows. If you come to the area of Portocristo, you cannot miss the Hams Caves, a work of art of nature, or its many unspoilt coves of great natural beauty.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
