This amazing villa with private pool is ideal for relax-seekers. It is located in Binibona, at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and offers a second home for 4 guests.
This fantastic house features a private, 12m x 6m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.55m to 2.5m, where you can swim while contemplating the countryside. Surrounded by a terrace with four sun loungers, it is an idyllic spot for sunbathing. Thanks to the exterior shower, you can refresh yourself at any time. If you like to cook underneath the sky, there's a barbecue. The porch is great for al-fresco dining with your loved ones. The only noise you'll hear are the sheep's bells and the birds singing. The house owner will pass daily to feed the sheep. There is another building on the plot but it's inhabited and closed so you will enjoy your privacy.

There is a nicely furnished sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV. Especially during fresh winter evenings, you can sit down with a cup of tea by the fireplace. The Majorcan style kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board.

This lovely villa features two bedrooms with one double bed and shower bathroom en-suite each. Additionally, there is an independent bathroom with shower. If you travel with a baby, we'll provide you with up to two cots and high chairs.

The tiny and romantic town Binibona is in the Tramuntana Mountains, in the western part of the island. The surroundings are nice for excursions by bicycle and hiking, for example to Selva, the Serra des Migdia or the Monastery of Lluc. The neighbouring town Caimari is famous for its oil mill and there you can buy high-quality olive oil.

If the beach is what you're searching for, it's up to you whether you prefer the northern sand beaches or the small bays of the mountains. The next sand beach is called Puerto de Alcúdia and it is a family-friendly beach. Next to it lays the natural beach of Playa de Muro, protected by dunes. The beaches of the Tramuntana are mostly rocky and characterized by crystal clear waters and tranquillity, like Port des Canonge and Llucalcari.
