This lovely and charming house in Costitx with private pool is just perfect for 4 guests.
This is a cozy villa located in the countryside and it offers the comfort of a house which will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

This 70 m2 house is one storey with a room in the loft. It is ideal for couples or small families. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, and the bathroom is fully furnished with shower. In the loft there is air conditioning that cools the whole house.

It is a villa with a calm and rustic environment, a perfect election for people looking for a relaxing holiday. On the living room area you can rest in the sofa, read a book, have a siesta or watch TV. This is connected with the dining area, which has a table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is just next door and it has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, coffee machine, electrical oven and stove, cutlery, kitchen appliances, and a fridge with freezer. Obviously, the house has washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. At the patio there is space to park three cars, although is not covered.

The outdoors of the house is very beautiful as well: go outside and have a tempting barbeque, swim in the 7x3 meters salt pool with Jacuzzi or relax in the garden. The 25 m2 porch is furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people, where you can enjoy summer dinners. The terrace has 2 sun beds, a sun umbrella, a tennis table and football table. Turn the lights on in the evenings and enjoy the experience!

In the porch there is a barbeque and a sound system. Just in front of the pool there is a mini bar so you can have a drink while you are enjoying Majorcan summer nights.

In the estate there are hens, a pony and a vegetable garden. The owner will provide you with eggs, fruits and vegetables whenever they are available.

The house is only 1.8 km from Costitx, where you can find everything you might need during your holiday: supermarket, surgery, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, etc.

A 30 minute drive will take you to Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail seeing the sunset. The promenade of Can Picafort has a lively environment which contrasts with the calm of Playas de Muro. We as well recommend visiting Alcudia and Pollença, where you will discover beautiful coves with crystalline waters. If you are a nature lover, do not doubt in going to the east of the island, where you will find plenty of coves with rocks or sand with crystalline waters.
