Great house with private pool and tennis court welcomes 6 people in Lloseta

In a quiet environment in the inland of the island , you will find this beautiful one-storeyed house where the expression “holidaying” acquires its full meaning. Outside, the dominant element is the chlorine pool which sizes 8 x 4 metres and has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.5 metres. Around it, parasols and sunbeds to enjoy properly the summer weather, as well as a great and well cared grass area to spread the towel and play with the little ones. By the house you will find the porch area, where you can have lunch or dinner and enjoy delicious barbecues. There is another terrace where you can relax on the amazing chill-out sunbeds. If you want to keep fit and spend a great moment, you can play tennis and make tournaments with your beloved ones at the private court belonging to the property. The villa is fenced and there are neighbours around.

The 150 m2 accommodation is characterized by very well decorated spacious rooms which provide the special charm you are looking for. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen share an ample and luminous space. From the sofa area you will be able to contemplate the garden and the pool, watch the satellite TV channels, refresh with the air conditioning or warm up by the wood stove in the coldest days. The dining area includes a table ready for 8 people. And the kitchen is fully equipped and it features a ceramic hob. The house counts with three double bedrooms. Two of them count with a double bed each and the last one with two single beds. All of them with a wardrobe and countryside views. One of the double bed bedrooms has an en-suite shower bathroom, and there is another shower bathroom for the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. In addition, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board within the house.

Lloseta is an authentic Majorcan village of the so called Raiguer region. It counts with a train station and it is very well communicated with the rest of the island. You will find all services for an independent stay here. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, only 32 km away. You can also pay a visit to “Ciutat”, Palma, and become another more tourist through the centric streets and its promenade.
