Welcome to this wonderful country house for 8 people with a private pool and excellent exteriors in Son Servera.
The exteriors of this magnificent finca are the perfect place for your vacation on the island. The large private chlorine pool sizes 9 x 4 meters and the depth ranges from 1.4 to 1.7 meters. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers around or read a book under the umbrella. The house then offers various corners to sit and relax outdoors, highlighting the magnificent fully equipped barbecue area where you can cook delicious dishes. You can have a good time playing table football, ping-pong, soccer or basketball. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The two-story house has a rustic and cosy style dotted with modern details. Upon entering you find a large space shared by the living room, dining room and kitchen, which is equipped with AC and satellite TV. The kitchen features a gas cooktop. The laundry area is on the terrace and has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The house offers 4 bedrooms to rest at night, all with double beds, AC and en-suite bathroom with bath or shower. On the first floor there is another living room where you can relax while enjoying the beautiful views around. Finally, the house is equipped with gas central heating and there is also a baby cot and a high chair.

The house is in Son Servera, near Cala Bona and Costa dels Pins. You will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants in Cala Bona and Son Servera. The closest beach is Cala sa Marjal, although there are other beautiful nearby beaches such as Cala Millor or Canyamel. The area offers beautiful places to visit such as the Artà caves or the Capdepera Castle. If you want to play golf, the closest course, Club de Golf Son Servera, is just 2.5 km away.
