Villa Sa pleta (petra)

Welcome to this wonderful villa among the bucolic fields of Petra. It has a private pool and capacity for 12 people.
Outside, the fabulous private chlorine pool stands out, measuring 11 x 7.5 meters and having a depth of 0.60 to 1.50. It also offers an area where the little ones can cool off. The surrounding terrace has loungers for sunbathing, a relaxing chill out area and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Guests can play tennis (for a fee). The property is fenced and privacy is complete.

The two-story house has a modern and spacious style. The common areas are on the first floor: the living room with TV-sat, AC and a fireplace; the kitchen with a ceramic hob and access to the laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; and a toilet. The 6 bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with twin beds, AC and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a cot and a high chair.

The house is located on the outskirts of Petra and within a large estate on which there are 5 other magnificent villas. Petra is located in the centre of the island. All basic services, for your stay, can be found in the village. Because of the good accessibility, the village is an ideal starting point to start excursions to other corners of Mallorca. The village itself is very picturesque and worth a visit. The nearest beach is Playa de Muro, 22.8 km away, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches of Levante.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
