Set in the countryside in S'Horta, Felanitx, in the south-east of Mallorca, this charming house with private pool and garden offers accommodation for 8 people.
You will enjoy a private, 4m x 10m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m, which is fenced. Lay back on one of the six sun loungers, play with your children in the garden or take a refreshing exterior shower. By the pool there's a independent building where you will find a barbecue, a pizza oven, a kitchen with gas hob and spacious dining area. The plot is fenced and is totally private, perfect for quiet and independent holidays.

A huge front door gives access to a bright sitting room with air conditioning and an ample kitchen with dining table. The most distinguishing detail of this room is the modern and rustic decoration, for example the stone-lined façade in the living area combined with a modern equipment. The living room is a nice corner to have a chat with friends, watch a film on the satellite-TV or read your favourite book by the fireplace. The fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob you will enjoy cooking with your family. Furthermore, there's a laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. On the ground floor, there's a double bedroom with A/C and wardrobe ase well as two shower bathrooms.

The staircase leads you to the upper floor where you'll find a double bedroom with private shower bath and two twin bedrooms, one with access to a terrace with panoramic views. All bedrooms on this floor have A/C and wardrobes and are very comfortable. There's an independent bath with bathroom. The underfloor heating can used on request and only during the winter.

Set between the villages of S'Horta and Portocolom, this lovely villa is close to lots of nice beaches. A few minutes' drive takes you to Cala Marcal, a fine grained sand beach with shops, bars and restaurants. Northwards is the fishing village Portocolom with good fish and seafood restaurants. From Cala Marcal you could walk along the sea to Portocolom. By car you can visit Cala D'Or, Portopetro, Cala Ferrera and the natural park of Mondrago.

Portocolom offers a supermarket and everything else you may need during your stay. If you're into golf, a 15 minutes' drive takes you to the golf course Vall D'Or. In the genuine villages Santanyí and Felanitx you will be able to take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets and finish the day with a fine glass of wine.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
