This is a fantastic house in Porreres for 7 people where enjoying the quietness of the countryside and the forest in the idyllic interior of Mallorca.
This house is located within a 60000 m2 property which provides complete privacy to our customers. You will enjoy a fantastic 9.5 x 4 m sal-water pool with a depth that ranges from 0.8 to 2 m. The swimming pool area is completed with the equipped terrace and a barbecue where delighting the Mallorcan exceptional weather. Besides, you can also enjoy the seasonal fruits of the private garden. The whole area is fenced and there are some spotted neighbors in the surroundings.

The 170 m2 Mallorcan traditional style house has two floors. In the ground floor we find the living area where you can have a rest in the comfortable sofas and armchairs, and enjoy a delightful wood stove for the colder days. The vitro kitchen is integrated within the living room and it is fully equipped. Also on the ground floor we find three of the four bedrooms, all of them spacious, bright and double, and two of the with an en suite bathroom. The third bathroom is for the rest of the house and it is adapted for people with limited mobility. The last bedroom is single and it is placed on the first floor. There is also a yoga room where disconnecting and relaxing. The accommodation is also equipped with central heating, TV-Sat and Wifi, and it offers a parking area for three cars.

This is a great plot located in a lovely and private agricultural and forest environment. It is ideal for long walks through the surroundings to enjoy the countryside and relax. The nearest villages are Porreres and Felanitx. In Porreres you will find a fantastic gastronomic offer and enjoy the charms of this interior Mallorcan village. Felanitx disposes of all public and commercial services that could be needed. On top of that, the south beaches are very near to the property.

The house is completely private, although the access path is shared.
Mind that there's a charge from the 4th guest per night.
