Amazing restored country house with a private pool in Sant Llorenç de Cardassar. It has capacity for 9 people.
A place to get lost and disconnect from every day life. A place that becomes a second true home for your vacation. A place where you can take a dip in the great chlorine pool sizing 10 x 4 metres and with a 0.5 to 1.8 metres depth. A place where all of us can sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, take a vermouth by the pool before lunch, have dinner outdoors and enjoy a delicious barbecue at the outside dining table, or revel in a gin tonic in the evening while the birds songs make us feel at home. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The amazing two storey house has 200 m2 characterised by traditional Majorcan architectural elements like the stoned walls and the wooden beams that fit perfectly well with the modern furniture of soft tones and natural textures. The living room offers a great sofa where you can watch satellite TV, and if you feel like, warm up by the wood stove. The fantastic dining room is also independent and has room for 12 people. The kitchen is on the other side, it is modern and functional, with all the stuff needed for the family chef to enjoy cooking during your vacation: a gas hob, an oven, an electric coffee maker and a dishwasher among others. In the house you can also find a laundry area with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor. It features a double bed, a closet and AC (only cold air). A shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms. One with a single bed and the other three with double beds each one. All of them feature a wardrobe and AC (only cold air). And one of the has an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub. There is another shower bathroom on this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair on request.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a little village in the Eastern Majorca, You can find basic services there for an independent stay like shops, restaurants and bars. A street market takes place on Thursdays where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables among others. The property is on the way to beautiful beaches like Cala Morlanda, Sa Coma or Cala millor. You can visit the Safari Zoo if you are coming with children. Vuevas del Drach is a nearby must visit.
