Welcome to this wonderful rural house with private swimming pool, situated in the countryside of Santa Margalida and with capacity for 8 people.
The exterior of the house is magnificent and the fenced garden brings the property to life. The private salt swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m and can be enjoyed at any time of the day, either swimming or laying on the 8 sun loungers available, as the lights allow you to take a night dip. The 24 m2 porch is fully equipped so you can use the barbecue or just spend time chatting. In addition, there are close neighbours and privacy is partial.

The interior is distributed over two levels. The ground floor has a large living room and TV. The kitchen has a ceramic stove, oven and everything you need to cook dishes for the whole family. This floor is completed by a bedroom with double bed, AC and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom with single beds, which is characterised by being open to the living room. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and two other bedrooms with double beds and AC. A cot and high chair are available. The laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Please note that there are farm animals, small dogs that are not dangerous and cats that the owner visits daily to feed them, as well as a vegetable garden that guests can enjoy.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
