Villa Sa sinia (petra)

Among peaceful fields, this fabulous rural villa becomes a oasis with a private pool for 12 people in Petra.
The exterior of the house will allow you to enjoy the good weather on your vacation. The best part is being able to cool off in the chlorine pool that measures 11x8 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.9 to 1.90 meters. It also has an area of 3x3 meters and 0.4 meters deep for children to swim. The porch next to the barbecue is perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors and the sofas on the terrace are great for relaxing and chatting with your loved ones in the evening. You will find a tennis court for shared use (and paying a supplement) in the property.

The 2-storey house offers a traditional style with everything you need for your vacation. The "batiport" -the traditional entryway in Mallorca- leads to a large room with TV-sat, AC, fireplace and a small dining table for 6. However, the 12 guests have a separate dining room next to the kitchen (with a ceramic hob) in which to sit and enjoy their meals. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 6 bedrooms, all with AC, twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor and the other 4 are on the first floor. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The house is located on the outskirts of Petra and within a large estate where there are 5 other magnificent villas, although the house is totally private. Petra has the basic services for your stay and its central location allows an easy access to other parts of Mallorca. The town itself is very picturesque and well worth a visit. The closest beach is Playa de Muro at 22.8 km, but you can also visit other beautiful beaches of Levante.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
