Information about Sa tanca
This fantastic villa with a great garden and private pool on the outskirts of Inca invites 8 people to spend a great vacation in the calm of the countryside.
This spectacular country house has a very beautiful and well cared exterior area with a stunning lawn garden surrounding the dream-like chlorine pool. This sizes 10 x 5 metres and it has a depth from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. You can sunbathe on one of the 8 sun loungers and wash off under the spray of the exterior shower before taking a relaxing dip. After that, a large glassed-in kitchen-dining room with AC by the pool allows you to prepare your favourite dishes on the grill or on the gas hob and enjoy them at your large table or on the open-air terrace. You will find here a bathroom with a tub. In addition, there also is an exterior barbecue and a wood oven to cook pizzas or even your own bread. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
At the other side of the garden you will find a second building where you will find the living room, the bedrooms and the bathrooms, all characterised by a relaxing and cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. The living area offers two comfortable sofas where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch the satellite TV channels. There is another corner which is perfect to enjoy a good reading. Both areas feature AC and a wood stove for you to be comfortable. Next, you find the large hall - with a 5 metres long closet perfect for the clothes of all the guests- that leads to the bathrooms in the house -one with a shower and the other with a tub- and to the 4 bedrooms, all of which have AC. All of them have a double bed but one with two twin beds and space for a baby cot and a high chair. There is an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The property is located about 3 km away from the centre of Inca, a small city in the centre of the island with a singular charm. It offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, bars and services in general but being at the same time quite and cosy. Its traditional street market takes place every Thursday with artisan and local products, and it becomes a great lively place. This day is perfect to have a walk, go shopping and enjoy lunch in a "celler" that is, a traditional restaurant. You can also enjoy the night life in Inca and have some drinks. Regarding the beaches, the nearest one is in Puerto de Alcudia about 30 km away but you can also drive skirting the coast to know other wonderful beaches and coves.

Wir haben insgesamt 8 Nächte in der Finca verbracht und waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das separate Küchenhäuschen war fabelhaft, die Lage der Unterkunft ist, sobald man sich mit der Umgebung etwas vertraut gemacht hat, sehr gut zu erreichen und wunderbar gepflegt. Der Pool ist riesig, die Ausstattung der Küche äußerst umfangreich, so dass es einem an wirklich nichts mangelt. Die Gastgeberin ist eine unheimlich nette Frau und hat uns am ersten Tag noch mit allem vertraut gemacht. Trotz dessen, dass wir die meiste Zeit unseres Urlaubs auf Mallorca in der Unterkunft verbracht haben, hat es uns dort an nichts gemangelt, wir waren rundum mit allem sehr zufrieden und würden unseren Urlaub jederzeit wieder hier verbringen. Vielen Dank!
We spent a total of 8 nights in the finca and were very happy with everything. The separate kitchen house was fabulous, the location of the accommodation is very easy to access once you have become familiar with the area and is wonderfully well maintained. The pool is huge, the kitchen is extremely well equipped, so you really don't want for anything. The hostess is an incredibly nice woman and familiarized us with everything on the first day. Despite the fact that we spent most of our holiday in Mallorca in the accommodation, we didn't lack anything there, we were very satisfied with everything and would spend our holiday here again at any time. Das Ferienobjekt war genauso wie auf den Fotos der Homepage. Von Beginn der Buchung an wurden wir bis zum letzten Tag digital sehr gut betreut und an alle Deadlines erinnert. Auch vor Ort konnten wir ohne Probleme telefonisch Fragen besprechen.
The holiday property was exactly as shown in the photos on the homepage. From the beginning of the booking until the last day, we were looked after very well digitally and reminded of all deadlines. We were also able to discuss questions over the phone on site without any problems.
See more Wir hatten als Großfamilie (8 Personen, volle Belegung) eine wunderbare Zeit auf der Finca Sa Tanca. Angela ist eine ganz herzliche Gastgeberin. Da mein Mann gesundheitlich behindert war, tat sie alles um uns darin zu unterstützen, dass auch er eine schöne Urlaubszeit verbringen konnte. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht. Dass diese in einem separaten Haus untergebracht ist und direkt am Pool, fanden wir perfekt. Gerade mit Kleinkindern war es optimal, dass die Schlafräume etwas entfernt davon sind. So konnten die Kids ungestört ihren Mittagsschlaf halten. Das "Schlafhaus" ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein ruhiger Rückzugsort. Für die Schlafräume standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Nachts hat es wunderbar abgekühlt. Wir haben jetzt keine Klimaanlage vermisst; Reisezeit Ende August. Diese sind aber wohl in Planung. Am Pool gibt es inzwischen WLAN über ein zweites Netz. Ferner wurden Gartentisch und -Stühle ausgetauscht. Angela und ihr Mann tun wirklich alles um die Finca immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt war unproblematisch und bei Anfragen kam umgehend eine Antwort. Wir haben einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert und wurden mit einem leckeren Kuchen von Angela überrascht . Vielen Dank nochmals. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca nur empfehlen.
As a large family (8 people, full occupancy) we had a wonderful time at Finca Sa Tanca. Angela is a very warm host. Since my husband had a health problem, she did everything she could to help us ensure that he too could have a wonderful vacation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. We thought it was perfect that it was housed in a separate house and right next to the pool. Especially with small children, it was ideal that the bedrooms were a little away. This meant the kids could take their afternoon nap undisturbed. The “sleeping house” is very tastefully furnished and is a quiet retreat. Fans were available for the bedrooms. It cooled down wonderfully at night. We didn't miss air conditioning now; Travel time at the end of August. But these are probably being planned. There is now WiFi at the pool via a second network. The garden table and chairs were also replaced. Angela and her husband really do everything they can to keep the finca up to date. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Contact was unproblematic and inquiries were answered promptly. We celebrated a big birthday and were surprised with a delicious cake from Angela. Thank you again. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the finca.

We had a perfect stay during our time in the house. Located centrally of Mallorca it is easy to do day trips when you don’t want to stay by the pool. The house is in a rural area so you need a car to go to the supermarkets or to go somewhere else. After checking in we had contact with the owner Angela who was very helpful with tips and easy to contact during our stay if any questions. The house itself is beautiful and the pool and pool house was used a lot during our stay. Can definitely recommend this villa for a quite and nice stay.

See more Die Unterkunft war ein absoluter Traum! Der Außenbereich ist sehr geräumig und der Pool ist ideal für ein paar entspannte Tage! Nachdem der Check-In etwas schwierig war, hat uns das tolle Interieur des Hauses und das komplette Grundstück schnell wieder in Urlaubsstimmung gebracht. Auch die abgetrennte Küche war ideal um Abends ein paar leckere Cocktails am Pool zuzubereiten. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, deshalb ist ein Auto ein Muss. Man erreicht von hier jedoch alle Küsten und Orte in ungefähr der gleichen Zeit - Mallorca ist gar nicht so groß! Abends waren wir komplett ungestört und konnten unter den Sternen liegen und den Grillen zuhören oder unbekümmert Musik hören. Bei kleinen Rückfragen kam immer schnell eine Antwort und wir wurden durchgehend super versorgt! Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort “nach” Corona vorstellen können, um das erste Mal wieder richtig Urlaub zu machen. Danke für die tolle Zeit - wir kommen gerne wieder :)
The accommodation was an absolute dream! The outdoor area is very spacious and the pool is ideal for a few relaxing days! After check-in was a bit difficult, the great interior of the house and the entire property quickly got us back into the holiday mood. The separate kitchen was also ideal for preparing a few delicious cocktails by the pool in the evening. The location is somewhat remote, so a car is a must. However, from here you can reach all coasts and towns in about the same time - Mallorca isn't that big! In the evening we were completely undisturbed and could lie under the stars and listen to the crickets or listen to music without a care in the world. When we had small questions, we always received a quick answer and we were always well looked after! We couldn't have imagined a better place “after” Corona to go on vacation for the first time again. Thanks for the great time - we'll be happy to come back :)
