Welcome to this fantastic villa with private pool, located in Casa Blanca, ideal for big families or groups of friends since it can easily accommodate 16 guests.
This is a very special finca located in one of the few windmills still in the island. You will enjoy a beautiful square chlorine pool which sizes 12 x 12 metres and with a depth from 1 to 1.50 metres. From there, you can admire the incomparable panoramic view of the green fields around. You can sunbathe at the solarium area by the pool, on one of the 8 sunbeds available, or revel in a refreshing shower at the exterior shower enabled. You can also prepare a barbecue with delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and you can enjoy total privacy in a completely peaceful environment.

This accommodation consist of two independent houses with 2 floors each, although they share a wall for a major comfort. Each of the houses comes with a spacious kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and microwave a dining area, a living room, 4 bedrooms with a closet and two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, and 8 fans.

On the ground floor of the first house you will find a kitchen, a dining room, a shower bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Upstairs, you will find a great living area with two sofas, satellite TV and great views to the outside. There are also 2 more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, and a bathtub bathroom.

The second house presents a kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a sofa and satellite TV in the same space on the ground floor, so it is so practical. There is a toilet available in the same floor. Going upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, three of them with a double bed each, and one with two twin beds, and a shower bathroom. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

This finca is located in Casa Blanca, near the city of Palma, the capital of the island, where you will find all services basic services and a varied leisure offer like restaurants, shopping centres, shops, etc. We recommend you to visit the cathedral La Seu, the Bellver Castle or have a long walk through the city centre looking for amazing corners. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla, with fine sand. In the summer, this beach is very lively. Golf lovers will find their place here since the next course is just 11 km away.
