With extensive grounds, where nature is part of the environment, this villa is one of the few properties with a mill, and will be your favourite place to spend your holidays in an atmosphere of pure harmony and fresh air. Outside you will find a fantastic terrace with sun loungers so you can sunbathe and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. The chlorinated swimming pool is ideal for cooling off and has dimensions of 12m x 12m and a depth range of 1m to 1.5m. You will be able to prepare delicious dishes, thanks to the barbecue available on the property, and enjoy it in the company of your loved ones. For total comfort, the villa has no neighbours nearby, so privacy is total.
This beautiful house is distributed on two floors, with a simple style, inside you will find all the comforts to have a pleasant stay. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with ceramic hob, which has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably, as well as a table for breakfast. Before going up to the first floor you will find a fantastic dining area where you can all get together. On this floor there are also two bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other one with a double bed. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find a bright and large living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Two further bedrooms are located on this floor. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. You will be able to use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation, and if you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.
The house is located in Casa Blanca, close to Son Ferriol, the city of Palma and the airport, so it is very well communicated and you will have easy access to all the services, a wide range of leisure activities, restaurants and shops, as well as shopping centres. We recommend you to visit La Seu, the Bellver Castle or wander through the streets of the old town in search of incomparable corners. The nearest beach is in Can Pastilla and is known for its crystal clear waters and fine sand. For sport lovers, there is a golf course only a few kilometres away from the property.
