The house has a barbecue so you can enjoy grilled dinners.

The house of about 275m2 is distributed over two floors and has a total of 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a toilet. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and a last bedroom with two bunk beds. In addition, this nice house has a toilet in the ground floor, a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor and an outside bathroom with shower.

In the separate living room there is 1 sofa for eight people, TV and Sat-TV. The open kitchen with dining area, features a ceramic hob, electric oven and all the necessary utensils so you can prepare the most exquisite dishes. The separate laundry room is on the ground floor and has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The property is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

The house is quite isolated and surrounded by peaceful countryside. Just 2.5 km away is the village of Sa Coma of about 6000 inhabitants most of them local people. Only 3.1 km you can find the magnificent beach of Sa Coma or s'Illot. About 8 minutes by car you will find Porto Cristo, from where you can enjoy several excursions by boat or visit the famous Drac Caves.
