A mountain path guides you to this magnificent fenced house. It disposes of a fantastic 4.5m x 3m salt swimming pool, with a depth ranging that goes from 1.50m to 1.60m, from where you can see the mountains while swimming. There are up to three outdoors areas, including a cupola, all of them furnished, ideal for relaxing having a nice breakfast or reading a good book under the sunshine enjoying the unforgettable views. A porch with a barbecue invites you to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones. If nature, privacy and peace is what you are looking for, this is the right property for you!

With a practical but mediterranean decoration style, this house becomes a peaceful and charming place. Is divided in two floors, and all the bedrooms are upstairs.At the ground floor, an open dining-room with a fireplace and satellite TV, open to the induction kitchen, that also disposes of a wood heater, invites you to relax together. Remember that the well water is not suitable for drink.

There is a very nice bathroom giving service to all the property.
Upstairs, you will rest so peacefully at the bedrooms, both with a wardrobe and views to the mountains. One of them has two single beds, and the second one a double bed. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair under request. We can also provide up to three fans for the summer, and three radiators for the winter. Outside, there is an independent washing area, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

This property location is amazing, near Fornalutx and Sóller villages, surrounded by nature and little paths ideal for hiking or biking. We recommend the beautiful Tossals Verds route, you will love the mediterranean forests, legendary houses tight paths. Another beautiful route is Cúber, a sweet water reservoir at the Puig Major feet. At the unforgettable Fornalutx, declared world heritage by the Unesco, as well at Sóller or Puerto de Sóller, you can find all the necessary services you might need during your stay, like restaurants and grocery shops.

The beaches at Sierra de Tramuntana are well known for its rocks and crystallized waters. Don't miss Cala Deià or Llucalcari. If you prefer sand beaches between the mountains, then visit Cala Tuent. Near Sóller, the Cueva de la Muleta cave is a must see, an archaeological site where rest the oldest human remains of the island.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 24 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
