In Alcúdia and only a few kilometres from the beach, this wonderful villa with private pool offers a second home for 6 guests.
The private, 7 m x 4 m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.2 m to 1.9 m, has stunning views to the mountains. Surrounded by a terrace with two sun loungers and an exterior shower, it's a lovely corner to spend a lazy afternoon. The kids will enjoy playing and running around in the spacious garden and thanks to the barbecue, you can cook outside. The old well formerly has been used for the water supply of the house, but actually it's only a nice decoration element. On the porch with mountain views you can start your day with a large breakfast. On the plot of this marvellous property there's another house, and because of that the access road will be used by you and the neighbour. Nevertheless, the house and its exteriors are private and only for the use of our guests.

The interior of this enchanting home feature a comfortable sitting-dining room with satellite-TV and decorated with lots of nice details (not all TV sets have Sat channels). The typical Majorcan kitchen with gas hob has everything you may need to cook up a feast. There is a laundry with washer, iron and ironing board.

Ideal for six guests, this home offers two double bedrooms with A/C and a twin bedroom without A/C. Furthermore, one double bedroom is upstairs on the loft and it has a little (3m2) shower bathroom en-suite. Additionally, there's another bathroom with bath tub. As this lovely house is not rented during the winter season, the central heating can't be used.

Alcúdia is located in the north of Mallorca and surprises by a fine grained sand beach, the picturesque old town and beautiful landscapes around. This house is about 6 kilometres from Puerto de Alcúdia, a sand beach with restaurants, shops and leisure activities for adults and children. During the summer, you can make a nice boat trip to Cap Formentor; at the same time the most northern part of the island and famous for its lighthouse. Night owls can go for a drink to the centre of Puerto de Alcúdia, as there are lots of pubs. A few kilometres from the centre, there are some discotheques where you can take to the floor. The old town of Alcúdia has the typical Mediterranean cobbled streets and small cafés. Tuesday and Sunday takes place the market, where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes and souvenirs.

The long, fine grained sand beach Playa de Muro connects the town Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia and is protected by dunes and surrounded by nature. Eastwards you will find the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina, characterized by the beautiful landscape and the mountains of Colonia de Sant Pere raising on the coast. The natural park S'Albufera is the biggest marshland of the north and there are lots of trails. Especially during the morning, you can watch birds.

Note: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
