At the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Campanet, you ´ll find this beautiful villa with private pool and accommodation for 6 people.
The private chlorine pool has a size of 10m x 4m and a depth of 1m to 1.9m, where you can swim with views of the countryside and of the mountains.There are four sunbeds available which invite you to relax and to sunbathe and for cooling down there is an outside shower. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool which is an idyllic spot for outdoor dining. Depending on season and availability you can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds in the garden. There is an outside bathroom with shower next to the pool. This beautiful house is fenced and there are some neighbors in the surroundings.

Inside the house you will find a rustic living room with satellite TV who invites you to spend unforgettable moments in family. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a vitro ceramic. The laundryroom has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. Regarding to the bedrooms, there is one bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor, one of them with a double bed and bathroom with shower and another bedroom with twin beds. There is another bathroom with bath on the first floor. All bedrooms are bright and have windows to the garden.

This beautiful property is located on the outskirts of Campanet, a very quiet village and in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana. In the center of the village there is a grocery store,some good restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafes.The surroundings are wonderful for hiking or biking to, for example, the underground sources Ses Fonts Ufanes that spring after heavy rains, the small village of Binibona, the monastery of Lluc or to neighboring villages Moscari and Selva. A car is necessary.

Regarding the beaches, you have the choice between sandy beaches and rocky coves in the north of the mountains. The next sandy beach is in Puerto de Alcudia and is perfect for families as it has every service you can imagine, Playa de Muro is a quieter beach, protected by dunes. If you like walking, you can reach Alcudia to Can Picafort, through all Playa de Muro. In the Tramuntana you find beautiful coves of stone like Port des Canonge and Port de Valldemossa.

Wir haben das Haus, wie beschrieben angetroffen. Es liegt ruhig und doch nicht weit vom nächsten Ort. Ein besonderes Highlight war der grosse Pool mit sehr guter Wasserqualität ( wenig Chlor). Die Kücheneinrichtung ist ein wenig spartanisch, aber das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Nur die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr klein und langsam. Handtücher sind reichlich vorhanden. Ein Ventilator im oberen Stock wäre sicher gut, da es sehr heiss dort ist. Es waren wunderschöne Ferientage.

We found the house as described. It is quiet and yet not far from the next town. A special highlight was the large pool with very good water quality (low chlorine). The kitchen equipment is a little spartan, but the most important things are there. Only the coffee machine is very small and slow. Towels are plentiful. A fan upstairs would definitely be good as it is very hot there. They were wonderful holidays.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar groß und bietet eine gute Abkühlung. Man kann es sich sehr gemütlich machen auf der Terrasse mit den Liegen und dem überdachten Sitzbereich. Leider war es sehr heiß und die fehlende Klimaanlage spürte man im Haus deutlich. Durch das nächtliche Lüften hatten wir dann auch täglich Besuch von kleinen Eidechsen. Die Lage ist für die Erkundung der Insel praktisch, dadurch dass man schnell auf der Autobahn ist. Zu den schönen Stränden von Alcudia ist es auch nicht weit.

The house is very spacious and well equipped. The pool is wonderfully large and offers a good way to cool off. You can make yourself very comfortable on the terrace with the loungers and the covered seating area. Unfortunately it was very hot and the lack of air conditioning was clearly noticeable in the house. Because we ventilated the room at night, we were visited by small lizards every day. The location is convenient for exploring the island as it is easy to get to the motorway. It is also not far to the beautiful beaches of Alcudia.

Wir waren zu 5. für 10 Tage lang in der Finca und es war alles super. :-) Die Finca war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind und die Schlüsselbox macht ein flexibles Ankommen super möglich. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, alle Küchengeräte + Geschirr und ein Grill sind vorhanden. Zu jedem Schlafzimmer gehört ein eigenes Badezimmer und ein 4. Bad befindet sich im Außenbereich direkt neben dem Pool, somit muss man nicht nass durch das Haus laufen! Jeden 2. Tag kam jemand um den Pool zu reinigen und die Pflanzen zu gießen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Inca - hier ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt nötig. Alles in alles war unser Aufenthalt super und auch der Checkt out war super unkompliziert - haben mit der Besitzerin sogar noch einen Kaffe getrunken und wurden nett verabschiedet. :-) Gerne wieder!

The 5 of us stayed in the finca for 10 days and everything was great. :-) The finca was very clean when we arrived and the key box makes a flexible arrival possible. Towels, toilet paper, all kitchen appliances + dishes and a grill are provided. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a fourth bathroom is located outside right next to the pool, so you don't have to walk through the house wet! Every other day someone came to clean the pool and water the plants. There are good shopping opportunities in Inca - a rental car is absolutely necessary here. All in all, our stay was great and the check out was also super uncomplicated - we even had a coffee with the owner and were greeted nicely. :-) Gladly again!

Superbe villa spacieuse (nous étions 6 + 1 bébé) dans un endroit tranquille et très joli. Belle piscine dont on a pu un tout petit peu profiter fin octobre (un peu frais quand même) Campanet est un excellent endroit pour s’installer et rayonner autour : tous les sites de l’île sont à moins d1h en voiture

Superb spacious villa (we were 6 + 1 baby) in a quiet and very pretty location. Beautiful swimming pool which we were able to enjoy a little at the end of October (a little cool though) Campanet is an excellent place to settle down and explore: all the sites on the island are less than 1 hour away by car

Gerne wieder: Tolles Haus, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr sauber, hell, komfortable Zimmer, toller Pool und Garten, keine direkten Nachbarn, in der Natur gelegen, ruhig (man hört nur die Tiere in der Umgebung, unter anderem Hühner, und ab und zu Autos - Ein Stück hinter dem Haus ist eine kleine Landstraße, die man in Garten aber kaum hört. Bei unserem Besuch im Oktober führen nur wenige Autos). Das Haus liegt etwas abgeschieden, ein Auto ist sinnvoll. Es ist möglich in das nahgelegene Dorf zu laufen in ca. 15 Minuten (4 Minuten mit dem Auto). In dem Dorf gibt es ein paar Cafes, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Der CheckIn und die Vermietung läuft über eine Agentur. Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe haben schnell und problemlos funktioniert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.

Gladly again: Great house, even more beautiful than in the photos. Very clean, bright, comfortable rooms, great pool and garden, no direct neighbors, located in nature, quiet (you only hear the animals in the area, including chickens, and the occasional car - there is one a little behind the house small country road, which you can hardly hear in the garden. When we visited in October, there were only a few cars. The house is somewhat secluded, a car makes sense. It is possible to walk to the nearby village in about 15 minutes (4 minutes by car). In the village there are a few cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Check-in and rental are handled by an agency. Communication and key handover were quick and problem-free. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need.

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Campanet. Der Ausblick auf das Tramutana Gebirge jeden morgen und Abend ist unbeschreiblich. Die Übergabe läuft problemlos und regelmäßig wird sich um die Belange der Finca gekümmert (Hausmeister, Poolreinigung, Wäschewechsel etc.) Vielen Lieben Dank. Besonders die Bereitstellung des Kinderbetts und des Hochstuhls möchten wir hervorheben. Für bis zu 6 Personen unbedingt zu empfehlen.

The finca is very quiet just outside of Campanet. The view of the Tramutana Mountains every morning and evening is indescribable. The handover goes smoothly and the finca's needs are taken care of regularly (caretaker, pool cleaning, linen change, etc.) Thank you very much. We would particularly like to highlight the provision of the cot and high chair. Highly recommended for up to 6 people.

Casa grande, cómoda, con piscina, barbacoa... múltiples utensilios de cocina y toallas.. un baño por habitación más otro en la piscina. Gente amable y comodidad al llegar a la casa, ya que llegábamos tarde y las llaves están en una caja. Fácil acceso a las carreteras principales

I quite disagree I think there should be in house ants deterring devices etc. Ants where everywhere, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, rooms and floors.
