The exterior of this fantastic property is an oasis of peace and tranquillity worthy of a paradise. There you will find a salt swimming pool, measuring 10m x 5m and with a depth range of 1.25m to 2m, which is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days after sunbathing on the sun loungers available. You will be able to prepare a delicious barbecue and enjoy it in the furnished porch of the house, which has a dining area and a comfortable sofa to extend the evenings, while the little ones play in the garden. In addition, the house has a ping pong table and a pool table, so you will be able to play with your family and friends while you all share a nice time together. Please note that although the property is fenced, you have neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.

Inside, the accommodation is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a modern living room open to the dining room, which is equipped with AC, Smart TV and satellite TV. The kitchen, also open to the dining room, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are three bedrooms with AC. The first has a double bed and a dressing room, the second has two single beds and the third has a double bed. Two bathrooms serve the property. One has a shower and bath and the other has a shower and whirlpool bath. The stairs from the living room lead to the upper floor, where there is a second living room with a sofa bed. You can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Crestatx is an ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet and contact with nature. Surrounded by mountains and fields of olive and almond trees, the rural scenery is spectacular and there are hiking and cycling routes to explore the surrounding area. You will be able to sample the local gastronomy and its fresh and quality products thanks to the restaurants and bars in the area. Crestatx has a small square and a church, which are the most emblematic places of the village. At about 20 minutes by car you will find the nearest beach, situated in the Bay of Alcúdia, where you will be able to practice water activities and enjoy crystal clear waters and white sand.
