Fantastic house with pool for 6 people in El Toscal, a very quiet residential area of the village of Xabia.
Enjoy a refreshing swim in the chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m, with a depth of 1 to 1.80 m, accompanied by a glass of wine, for instance. Next to the pool, surrounded by a beautiful stone slab, you can prepare a barbecue and have lunch or dinner with your family. It also has up to 4 sun loungers to sunbathe in a small lawn area. A part of the construction remains closed and fenced independently and is sporadically habited.

The house features a living-dining area with chimney and TV, a wide kitchen with gas hob, three dormitories with two single beds in each and three bathrooms, one is an en-suite shower one, another has both shower and bathtub and third one is exterior with shower. If you accommodate yourselves with a baby, there are also a cot and a high chair. Obviously, you will have at your disposal washing machine, iron and ironing board. The living room, the kitchen and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The coast of Xabia presents a landscape of the most varied to be composed of a whole succession of coves, beaches, cliffs, islands, caves and capes. Xabia has a large protected natural heritage, such as Parque Natural del Montgó or Reserva Marina del Cap de Sant Antoni. There are different hiking trails and viewpoints from where you can enjoy this natural privilege. Among the routes are Bahía de Portitxol or Parque Forestal de la Granadella,among others, are worth visiting. We also recommend you visiting La Grava beach and Cala Blanca coves, Cala Sardinera, Cala Barraca or Cala Granadella. The old town of Xabia retains its medieval layout thanks to its narrow streets, white facades, arched portals, and its gothic windows and lattices of wrought iron. In the Municipal Market of Supplies you will be able to acquire local gastronomic products. Likewise, every Thursday between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm, a nice flea market is held in Plaza de la Constitución and Placeta del Convent.
