Enjoy your holidays by the sea in this beautiful house with a private pool, several terraces and a garden just 850 meters from the beach in sa Font de sa Cala. It has capacity for 7 guests.
The exteriors of the house have been designed to enjoy the good weather. You will enjoy a wonderful above ground chlorine pool that measures 5 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. It's sided by the solarium area -with 8 loungers and an outdoor shower- and the outdoor dining area with direct access to the kitchen where you will enjoy a delicious barbecue. There is also a garden where the little ones can play ball. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.

The two-storey house offers a modern style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. It features a large living-dining room with TV-sat and AC; a separate fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob; a laundry room with awashing machine, an iron and an ironing board; 4 bedrooms -1 with a single bed, 2 with twin beds and the last one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double shower-; and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In addition, there is a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. The single bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower are on the ground floor. The rest of the rooms are located on the first floor.

This beautiful house is very close to the crystal clear waters of the Sa Font de sa Cala beach, but this entire coastal area also offers a wide variety of small and beautiful coves. The Caves of Artà is a must visit. The town of Capdepera offers all the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets, bars or restaurants as well as a wonderful medieval castle from which you can admire the surrounding fields to the sea.
