A 274m2-sized house is distributed over 2 floors and features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 twins with an ensuite bathroom and 1 double room with an ensuite bathroom). For colder months there is a gas heating. There are 5 bathrooms (4 ensuite and 1 lavatory).
2 bedrooms have sea and pool views, one bedroom has countryside views and the other attracts with garden view.

This house is a perfect place for a vacation with a family or friends. In the dining room you will find enough space for 8 guests. A fully-fitted kitchen with a gas hob is equipped with all necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals. There are also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

The house ubication is a quiet place which is favourable for a relaxing vacation. 600m away there is a Porto petro center with all amenities needed during the vacation: bars, pharmacy, banks, hairdresser, ship excursion shops etc. Cala d´Or is situated only 2km away and is famous for its touristic leisure activities.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
