Welcome to this beautiful villa located in Grao de Gandia. It sleeps 6 people.
The exteriors of the house are very nice and huge. There is one chlorine pool 6.5 x 3.5 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.9 m, a large, fully equipped terrace and one porch.

The house of 130 m2 is distributed over 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms, two on the 1st floor (both with double bed and one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub) and one on the 2nd floor with a double bed. All bedrooms have air conditioning. One cot and a high chair are available on request. There is also one toilet on the ground floor. The living room is very cozy, equipped with a large sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, fireplace and air conditioning. In the dining area you have a big table and chairs to enjoy the family meals together. The independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.


This property is located in a residential area near the Grao de Gandia, which is perfect to visit any time of the year.
Playa de Gandia, with its 7 kilometers of coast, with fine white sand and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days, is a perfect vacational place. You can enjoy a long walks on Platja del Nord with its 3km long promenade "Neptune" which also has all the catering services, entertainment and leisure activities (sand sports or aerobics). If you prefer a quiet sunbathing, then visit Platja de L'Ahuir or Platja de Rafalcaid. And if you like the naturalness search for Platja nudist area. Sundays afternoon is a market time, with a wide range of items.

If you like nature you do not miss the visit of the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water come from the nearby mountains and emerge from the ground just next to the "Alquería del Duc".
You can also enjoy the monasteries tourist routes that runs through the central regions of Valencia, joining five former convents; or visit the "Ducal Palace".

And if you still have time to enjoy Valencia you visit the great Museum of Arts and Sciences, "Oceanographic"; one of the most important and modern area of Valencia, or the best theme park "Terra Mitica" in Benidorm.
