This wonderful country house with a rustic style is extraordinary thanks to the wonderful fields of garigue around the building and the beautiful chlorine pool -of 5.5 x 3 metres with 0.9 to 1.4 metres water depth-. In fact, this is no doubt the real protagonist because it invites to enjoy a cool dip while admiring the greenery just in front of it. You can revel in the pool just after a delicious breakfast at the terrace and after warming while sunbathing on one of the 4 sun beds. Then you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower, cook a succulent barbecue and enjoy a wonderful evening at the chill out area. You have to take into account that there are neighbours around.

The property is absolutely lovely because it preserves the beauty of the Mallorcan style with the natural and warm stone. From the pool terrace you can access the majestic open plan that includes the kitchen, the dining and the living room. It is equipped with a large sofa and AC so that you can watch the satellite TV channels comfortably, a dining table for 5 people and a gas stovetop. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and space for a baby cot in any of them -a high chair can also be provided-. One of the bedrooms is still on the main floor and it offers a bunk bed and direct access to the garden. The other two bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds and a balcony. Both of them feature a closet. In addition, there is a shower bathroom on each floor. Finally, you will find the iron, ironing board and washing machine at the terrace.

Costitx is a cosy and family town in the centre of the island that still preserves the Mallorcan habits and traditions. You will find some bars an restaurants and you cannot miss a visit to the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca also located in Costitx. Regarding the beach, the nearest one by car is in can Picafort, about 30 km away, although you can also visit the one in Puerto de Alcudia or the rocky and pebbled coves of La Victoria.

The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
