Villa Serra nova

Great house in the seafront and with private pool in Son Serra de Marina, in Northern Mallorca. It has capacity for 8 people.
If you want to be rocked by the sea waves rumour while sunbathing on the sunbed after a refreshing dip, this the the perfect place. The wonderful private pool has some spectacular views. It is a chlorine pool sizing 7x4 metres with a depth from 0.5 to 1.5 metres. By the pool, you will find the sunbeds to sunbathe in front of the sea, and an exterior shower to wash off the sand and the salt after a beach day. There is also a porch area outside where you can sit to have lunch or dinner enjoying the amazing views while tasting a delicious barbecue cooked by the family "chef". The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbours.

The house has three floor and 250 m2. It has a comfortable and functional style, with all comforts to enjoy peace during your vacation. When you enter you find and ample living room with two sofas to watch satellite Tv and refresh with AC. The kitchen shares room with the dining area. It is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, an electric coffee maker,... and a comfortable dining table for 8 people. On the same floor you will find another living room with sofas where you can relax, take a siesta, read a book, etc. The house provides 4 bedrooms in order to rest. Two of them, with air conditioning, can be found on the ground floor, and the other two on the first floor. On the ground floor, we have one double bed bedroom with an en-suite tub bathroom. The other one has two twin beds. Another tub bathroom completes the ground floor. The two bedroom on the first floor feature two single beds each of them. There are also two toilets with a basin and WC on this floor. In case you are coming with a baby we can provide a cot and a high chair on request. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board complete the equipment and can be found on the basement.

Son Serra de Marina is a little residential area which attracts families but also surf ans water sports lovers. the close beach is a beach of rocks, sand and stones still being a quite virgin beach. In the village you will fond some restaurants and shops. for the rest you can go to Can Picafort, a much more touristic spot. From Son Serra you can go to the west to visit wonderfull villages like Alcudia or Pollensa, or beaches like Es Capellans, Puerto de Alcudia or el Mal Pas. Lovely villages are also waiting for you towards the east like Artá y Capdepera and incredible beaches like Cala Mesquida or Cala Agulla.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
