The house has 280 m2 and 4 bedrooms: two with double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed and one with a trundle bed and a single bed. There are 4 bathrooms, one with hydro massage bathtub, and a toilet.

The house has a really warm environment. You can sit down and relax in the living room where you will find a comfy sofa – there is satellite TV in Spanish, German and English. The dining area, attached to the living room, has a big table to organize meals with family and friends. The independent kitchen has everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge and a lot more. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Inside the property, there is space to park your cars.

The exteriors are beautiful: go to the terrace and have a tempting BBQ, swim in the pool or just relax in the huge garden. The 40 m2 terrace is furnished with a table and chairs. There is an area with sun beds where you will be able to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The private salty pool is 9 x 4 meters large.

Lloseta, where the house is located, is right in the middle of the island, so it’s really easy to access anywhere. In Inca, the closest big town, you will find supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, sports area, bars and some restaurants.

In 30 minutes by car you can reach lovely beaches: Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Port d’Alcúdia, Platja de Formentor or Port de Pollença. We as well recommend visiting Cala Sant Vicenç and the beautiful town of Pollença. There, you can climb the 365 steps to El Calvari, where you will get fantastic views of the bay, the town and the mountains!
