This finca offers dreamy exteriors since it is wrapped between fields and mountains and a beautiful green lawn garden. This last surrounds a large private chlorine pool, 9 x 4.5 m and 1.4 to 1.8 m deep, which after having a delicious breakfast under the porch will make you have a great day. In addition, around it there are 8 sun loungers to sunbathe or rest in absolute privacy and calm.

Once you come into the house, an impressive and spacious stay combines the kitchen with the living room, where you can cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob, taste them and relax watching TV-SAT. From here, a spectacular arch leads you to the dining room, in case you prefer eating in it, since it has air conditioning. Then, there is another living room, with access to the outside, where you can sit down to chat a bit. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are four bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe. Two of them feature air conditioning, while the rest has fan. In one of them, we can prepare you a cot and a high chair. Ultimately, there are three bathrooms, two of which boast shower and the last has a bathtub.

This country house is located at 1.7 km from the lovely and little village of Biniamar. It is a true wonder located at the foot of Sierra de Tramuntana as it has less than 400 inhabitants, a bar and a good traditional restaurant. For your daily purchases, you have to reach Lloseta, just 1 km. In short, it is perfect for lovers of absolute tranquility.
